Took 45 minutes to vote at Buda City Hall at lunch. I did my part.

15ish minutes at Harrington Library in Plano

Voted. Took me maybe 2 minutes off my normal work route to the drop box after receiving my ballot in the mail and completing it in the comfort of my home.

Voted. Took one hour exactly at a poling place near downtown Dallas.

Steady flow of folks but no wait, no shenanigans earlier this morning at the performing arts center by McNeil HS.

15 minutes just after 7am this morning in the Heights, Houston. Everyone super friendly and chatty for being pretty early, no shenanigans

Voted in Allen before lunch. Took about 20 minutes.

As mentioned, about 35 minutes total in Cypress this afternoon. Only shenanigan was a woman with a Trump hat on but I didn't see the result as she joined the line shortly before I progressed into the building. Shortly after I got inside an election worker told a colleague "I'm going to check the line to see if anyone is wearing anything they shouldn't be." So I'm assuming someone rightfully snitched.

Voted a few days ago in Colorado. I got my ballot in the mail. I filled it out leisurely at home and then dropped off in one of several ballot boxes located within a mile or two of my house.

Voted in East Dallas this morning. Took about 25 minutes but the line was getting longer when I left.
The room was too small for how big of a geographic/population area this precinct covers during early voting.

Drove to the voting place and promptly turned around and left. Will try again later this week.

Tried to vote after work.  Dallas county says online that voting centers are open until 7pm.  But they were closing them at 5pm today at both centers I tried to go to.  Bunch of people were about to riot outside the Irving Library.  🤬

Voted after work today in the heights, same location as JS1, after I noped out at lunch. The line after work was about 1/3 as long as it was at lunch, and it took 25 minutes start to finish.

attempting to judge books by their covers, I didn’t see an overwhelming tilt one way or the other, and I certainly saw lots of what I would normally categorize as low turnout voters. But maybe I’m all wrong.

Was this due to a sharting incident?

Filled out ballot at home, dropping off soon two minutes from the house. This is how all voting should go.

Voted around 2p at NRG Arena. No wait. Drove down there after assessing that the line at the polling location near my house was going to be an hour or two long.

Im Out GIF

Rural West Texas reporting: 25 minutes maximum to leave the house, drive to the location, wait 10-ish minutes in line, cast a ballot, and return home.

Went by our usual place in Brazos County this morning and it was very covered up.  Tried again this afternoon, still too long.  My wife has a problem with her knee and can't stand very long, so standing in line wasn't on the table.  We're going to get there before they open Wednesday and try to cut it short then.  The county announced that about 5,000 voted today, which is much greater than the usual early voting here.

I was about #10 in line before the polls opened. Took about 10 minutes from the time the doors opened until I was back in my car listening to “Fuck Donald Trump”.

2nd Ward in Houston, down by Ninfa’s. Huge set up, 60 voting stations.

In and Out, easy peasy

Same location during 2020 had it in the rec gym. This year it was in about a 20x20 room. Stupid.

Got in line at AMLD at 1750, took about 40 minutes. Wore my Gojira shirt to trigger Olympics PTSD.

You’re allowed that close to a school?

Got to bee cave city hall at 9:45 and was back in my car by 10.

Slorch is a never-Trumper nowadays.

Voted a week ago.  Mail in ballot, handed into SOE.  Congrats to everyone here participating in democracy.

Next time you try, walk to the front of the line with your wife and ask if there is something that can be done for her convenience. Even if she hates the idea of preferential treatment, this is something they prepare for at each site.

I'll give that a try.  The cane and the fact that she has to move at the speed of smell should help.  She'll hate it, though.

Right, maybe they'll let you represent for both of you in the line and let her sit until you're at the front. That doesn't harm anyone.

Good chance if you're in a big enough county they still allow curbside voting. No proof of disability needed. Calling ahead is best

All the polls I've worked have given priority to anyone that is pain or has restricted mobility.

Absolutely ask. My wife has Tarsul Tunnel and every extra step or minute equals a degree more of pain later.

People are generally accepting and cool when you have someone in pain.

Tell your wife to accept an easier path.

Orale!

I'd actually love to hear if Slorch/Iceman voted for his R state reps or State Senator due to his feelings on vouchers. Some of the posters are unrelenting in needling him on every topic.

Showed up at the Kingwood location around 6:50 this evening.  Walked right it and was back in my car by 7:00.   The actual act of voting took longer than the walk in or out.
