I'm quite confident in PA and MI so far.

Wisky is a wildcard.  Will we see Selzer proven right in IA?

NV and AZ..... gonna be waiting a while.

Yup, this is me.

Florida and Texas were never flipping

Please let’s not have Wisconsin close. That was literally the plot line of the final season of Succession.

Q: when they say that 53% of precincts reporting, does that mean raw number? In other words, 53/100 total precincts have sent their results? It's devoid of information about how many voters each precinct represents, right?

correct

Not sure about that Virginia call.

They do this with Virginia every year. Those red counties come in, it's close in a horserace sense, but apply some basic math on and you know the winner.

Trump + 9 in Texas is... disappointing, but not surprising. Same thing as Florida, post-COVID. Red California.

One of the key PA counties to look for trends from an article posted a couple of weeks ago is Lackawanna.  With 40% reporting, it shows a D+17 shift from 2020.

CNN has been calling all the red states early and refuse to call any blue states, despite other outlets having called them a long time ago (i.e. NJ).  Gonna be like Trump: 200, Harris 35 before they start filling in the blue states.

Seems like Harris is outkicking the coverage in PA and OH.  I don't know how to read GA.

GA's going to be close but I don't think she gets there. Some promising numbers in the midwest.

Okay, y'all, I'm as cynical as they get, as most of you probably know.

But can someone tell me why people are panicking right now?

Every state Trump's won was expected.  Kamala's got the early lead in crucial PA and MI.

So...  Nothing is fucked, yet, right?

FL affirming choice, but not weed, is believable. Lots of elderly folk are suspicious of the devil’s lettuce, but senior ladies fought too hard for the right to choose.

They did not pass the abortion amendment. For the 25th time in this thread you need 60% in Florida.
