I chuckle thinking how angry he gets that his lawsuit goes before an African American judge appointed by Obama. Shame it wasn't a female to boot.

Funny unintentional benefit is if this turns even a modicum of Americans to a more plant-based diet.

All of it's working.  1) He's the master of distraction, and 2) the worse he is, the more they love him.  He could decapitate a baby while calling it a racial slur, shit on the corpse, and pick up 2-3 points of support.

Before you go nonlinear on us, yes, Trump won the vote (theoretically).  That said, his "support" is not growing.  Now, I am aware that he's going to try (and likely succeed) in suspending the next election.  But he has really shitty approval ratings.

Yes....until presented with an alternative.  A generic Democrat....who will immediately (and successfully) be characterized as a communistsocialisttransevilbabymurderertaxandspend greatest evil the world has ever seen.  At which point every one of those people will vote Trump because "both sides are bad, and the dumbocrats left me no choice."

You know the play.  They'll run it, it works, and here we are, forever and ever.

Sigh.  I was 100% sure you'd miss the point, and you did.

Well, when you have the choice to help the less fortunate or incarcerate them, you incarcerate them.  That's what Jesus said.  Plus the free labor is good for the economy.  It's a win-win.

Example# 63726 of where Trump is an immature, vindictive and cruel person.

James Clapper, Obama's Director of National Security, recently participated in a program where people can sponsor the training of bomb sniffing dogs in support of national security. Clapper is an 84 year old widower who lost his wife 2 years ago. His wife, Susan also worked in national security and was a volunteer with local animal shelters. Via his sponsorship, Clapper was able to name the dog after his late wife. The dog completed training and they hold a "graduation" ceremony before the dog is placed in service.

Clapper was looking forward to attending the graduation ceremony. He received a call from the training group that he was barred from attending due to a exec order from Trump. He's not allowed to attend. It's unknown if Trump specifically banned him due to this event, or there is an overriding exec order that bars Obama and Biden's officials from attending federal events. It's possible that it's the latter and an overeager MAGA type, with power for the first time in his life, gleefully barred Clapper.

$400+ per day. Could book them rooms at Disney with a per diem for that price and instead they get bugs in their food and tortured

It's Abu Ghraib all over again.

That's actually worse than dogs because don't make dogs eat with their limbs bound behind them and if someone were caught doing that they'd likely be charged with animal abuse.

Except literally everyone who thought that that was a bad look for our country is gone, and we're left with leaders who were probably asking, "What's the big deal? They deserve worse." back then.

Say what you will about that problematic 41% but I’ve never been more certain about 4% of a group of people needing to be shot into the sun.

White House removes Wall Street Journal from Scotland press pool over Epstein bombshell

The White House is removing the Wall Street Journal from the pool of reporters covering the president’s weekend trip to Scotland, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told POLITICO.

The move follows the Journal’s report alleging that President Donald Trump sent a sexually suggestive message to Jeffrey Epstein in 2003.Trump has denied the existence of the letter and POLITICO has not verified it.

Tarini Parti, a White House reporter for the Wall Street Journal, had been scheduled to serve as the print pooler for the final two days of Trump’s four-day trip to his golf courses in Turnberry and Aberdeen, Scotland.

Some district judge is going to go off on them given the AP precedent and the lack of even that flimsy excuse.

I know, but it is just so petty.

Oh for sure.  Also unsurprising.

Is it possible for someone to have thinner skin than Trump and not have their bodily fluids leak out of their meat sack?

Also read the judge in question is gay -- that'll drive the MAGAts extra special crazy.

This is what Doomlet calls Mrs. Doom's homemade enchiladas.

The federal government punishing the press for what they print is a longstanding American tradition.

wait, I’m being told now that it’s actually forbidden by the first amendment of the US constitution.

Also, I might guess that the suit was filed in the Miami Division (rather than WPB/Fort Pierce) because his hack lawyer, Brito, is in Miami.

Likely as not, Brito filed it in Miami because convenient/lazy/in a hurry.  Given the judicial assignment, I'm guessing Brito is getting roasted by Trump.

I know about Jap Road. Been to the Boondocks many times as a kid and fed the gators in Taylor’s bayou. I’m almost positive there is/was a Jap Lane as well in Orange County if not Vidor proper.

Yes, Jap Lane in Vidor/Orange County. Looks like its now called Japanese Lane.

Story behind the name: http://hirasaki.net/Family_Stories/Kishi_Colony/Kishi.htm

The website is of a George Hirasaki from Vidor, now a professor at Rice, who I've gotten to work with.

CSB: Back when George was at Shell, he was first boss of my own advisor who I had while at UT. Also, George's brother lived in quarantine with the astronauts from Apollo 11 after getting back from the moon.

WSJ should just make up shit and report it. It’s been working for Fox News for 30 years.
