The Tylenol announcement has nothing to do with curing autism and everything to do with being able to claim that he cured autism.

He’ll just add it to his list of grievances, along with inflation and the 10+ wars he’s stopped as things people don’t give him credit for, ignoring the obvious fact of them still existing.

What’s sad is that he is the mirror.

He is what the American electorate wants and is. Let’s look at the examples and don’t tell me that you don’t know LOTS of people just like this or value these things or want this:

He’s a reality tv star. He was born rich, doesn’t really do anything, gets to be on TV, and fails up.

He has no empathy, when things get hard and fails, he claims victory.

He looks for easy answers to hard questions constantly and then just believes them.

Constantly spouts conspiracy theories and takes no agency for his life when things are bad and claims all credit if they’re going well.

When faced with overwhelming evidence he just ignores it or lies and said he never said it / believed it.

He learns nothing and forms no new opinions.

He has no grasp of history outside of the bubble of his own experiences and how he perceived them at that moment without the context of history. Like some sort of feedback loop of no historical context for anything.

He’s all grievance.

He’s selfish.

 List goes on and on.

So many people are a multitude of these. But it took one special human being to embody them all.

He truly is a singular figure in his lack of intelligence, ability to get to the top, lack of any emotional intelligence, and ability to connect with the majority of the electorate.

When you step back it’s staggering.

So dotard declared antifa, a non existent  entity, a terrorist organization.

Im sure he's going to label any protests against him as antifa. People will be arrested and tried as terrorists for exercising their first amendment rights. At least thats my prediction in this on-going fall into fascism.

That's the plan.  Get ready for mass arrests on No Kings Day.

There is no law specifically for domestic terror groups, so his executive order just directed the government to continue doing things they could already do. It was all for show.

Why don’t they just walk out. Im asking that earnestly, similar to press corp just not giving him an audience/oxygen.

Read somewhere this morning that the wording is such that authorities can arrest Americans for videoing government agents in public and/or asking for their badges, etc.

It’s made me question my own sanity multiple times. Seemingly much more so lately… it’s all been so unbelievable that I can’t even think of the proper hyperbole to use at this point.

This.  Part of the reason I haven't taken to the streets with a pitchfork is that I just can't believe this is real.

Being a "domestic terror organization" doesn't change the substantive law applicable.  Those things aren't crimes and didn't become crimes overnight.

To the extent being a DTO affects anything (it's kind of like Antifa, it doesn't really exist), it might make them the target of investigation by task forces.

Because they’d be put on some list for triple tariffs or an accidental bombing

You think that's the message cops and/or ICE is taking from this?  I don't think it'll make much difference what the underlying law is in the moment when ICE body slams some grandma for videoing them.  Then said grandma has to dig into her pockets to defend herself against the state.  Cold consolation at that point IF a court decides ICE was in the wrong.

Not my point at all.  ICE gonna ICE, regardless.

But declaring Antifa a DTO is a performative nothing.

I absolutely had this debate in my mind yesterday a couple of times. What if this is all just a social experiment?  How can this be real and have no one stopping it?

Can’t wait for Trump land to attempt to understand acetaminophen and paracetamol and Tylenol, and to explain it to us.

When you watch news anchors say things like “…. so we’ll see what this means for free speech going forward and whether Americans will still have it. (big smile) And now to sports! Where…..” it makes you wonder. So much shrugging of the shoulders from people who are supposedly paying attention.

Speaking of which, I had a woman ask me yesterday, “Who is Charlie Kirk?”.

Well, what he's really doing is giving acceptable cover (politically incorrect) to what are racist, ignorant, undemocratic, unChristian, inhumane, and really inhuman thoughts and statements.
