I've reached the point of not holding back when encountering a dotard boot licker.

They are too fucking stupid to understand anything, but it makes me feel better.

I'm a very easy going amicable kinda guy.  I'll chat people up in social situations try and make people smile or their day a little better. (I'm not wired like that, it's something I work on)  The other day I'm getting gas and the pump is REALLY slow.  Across the pump from me a work a day older fella pulls up in his work truck and starts to try and small talk while we are filling up.  Normally I would engage in conversation joke around and tell him to have a great day.  But this seemingly pleasant moron had on a light blue hat that read "Gulf of America est 2025".  Then he started up asking me how I like my truck etc... With and expressionless face I just stared into his soul and didn't say a word.  Yeah it got real awkard for like 5 minutes.  I didn't even acknowledge his existence.  Fuck that guy.

Their financial disclosure forms are out there. Neither trades in individual stock and AOC is worth under 500K.

Do better with your both sides bullshit. Show your grounds to say this or STFU.  Republicans SOP is to allude to imagined and unproven Dem corruption to excuse the open and blatant behavior of their own sides.

Took me about 3 minutes to look up. Unless Fatty is saying that Sanders is lying on his disclosure forms?

Jokes on them.  The vast majority of Greenlanders live on the other side of the island.  Given the level of intelligence (or sobriety) of the people involved, I refuse to completely rule out the validity of this document.

But what about the Greens, Greenlandic, and Greenlish people?

What part of the island do they live on?

After listening to the Senate hearing today and the comments from Trump and his cabinet members, it appears we are heading into another instance in American history where we will ultimately find out that the coverup underway right now is even worse than the original crime.

Yeah, ok, i'm sure this is the time one of these assholes will be held accountable. I really feel like people are forgetting the obvious, the majority of voters in this country love it, all of it, or don't give a shit. Nothing will come of this but a few more days of chatter then on to the next disaster that the majority of voters will cheer on. They literally tried to overthrow the government 4 years ago and it only gets mentioned sometimes. This is our new reality. Nothing matters, nothing, period.

And the response from the opposition needs to be "this administration is made of nothing but scum, who do nothing but lie to the good Americans who made the mistake of giving them power.  Imagine committing treason, risking the lives of our warfighters, and then trying to blame someone else for your betrayal of our country.  Scum and traitors, that's all these people are."

Classic Trump-ian response.

1.   Deny, deny, deny

2.  Attack/smear the other side.

3.  Ignore the objective facts/evidence.

They're still clinging to "no classified information". I'm assuming that the identity of an undercover CIA agent would be considered classified?

We can only hope

I think the Atlantic scandal might actually be a pretty big turning point, more than it seems at first. Not because it's the worst thing Trump has done, but because they look SO, SO stupid and incompetent. And it's an incredible reminder that this is all a massive clown show.

Whatever the immediate fallout of the scandal, what is going to stick around is the impression it gives, of hapless idiots doing ridiculous things. And I think that seriously reduces the appeal of capitulating to these jokers.

Giving in to a force of heinous evil is one thing, but giving in to a force of heinous evil that is also a total goat rodeo is another altogether. It's pretty hard to rationalize the second one as anything but setting yourself up for disaster.

This politico is one of many that keeps on following the hot dog on the fishing line. I get it. But dude, pot calling kettle on the rationalizing if you think this is going to be the straw that broke the camel's yada yada. You ever see a parent that can't quite get the hang of not capitulating to toddler and school age children's extortion schemes? Yeah, you know who I mean because you've all seen them in the aisles at the HEB.

That is exactly what should happen. They should bring this up in every hearing on Capital Hill for this year. They should go on TV and ask publicly if Hegseth is drinking again. They should be hammering this message every day.

Absolutely.  And they should question if he is taking drugs and demand a drug test.  If he refuses they need to go in every podcast/news show and ask WHY is he refusing a drug test??  If he agrees make the conditions so embarrassing and invasive that he has to refuse.  Or just cancel it and claim he refused to do it.  Cause that is exactly what Pubs would do!   Come on Dems…

The reason they are floundering so bad is that every lie they can tell makes them look worse.  If the Russians or Chinese hacked the chat then they can’t keep comms on the highest level secure.  If Goldberg “added himself” then it’s even worse.  And the truth— that the NSA can’t manage a group chat— is an episode of Veep.

The chef’s kiss is that they are all in character.  Waltz is a doofus who fucked up his contact list. Hegseth is a drunk who is too excited about blowing shit up.  Vance is a complete oppositional twat. Rubio is just sitting it out and hoping no one realizes he thinks they are all dumb assholes.

No one could have written their parts better. You even have Chekov’s gun hanging on the wall in the first act (Hegseth assuring everyone of “complete opsec”) only for it to go off in the third.

Trumps EO mandating documented proof of citizenship excludes birth certificates and non-REAL ID drivers licenses.  Passports are OK though.  If only US citizens with passports voted I feel confident that this last election would have turned out far differently.

Trump BANNING birth certificates as proof of citizenship is a calculated way to disenfranchise voters. The GOP knows that everyone has a birth certificate so they want to ban that from being proof of citizenship. This is RIGGING! [contains quote post or other embedded content]

Here is why SignalGate has legs: Trump is the only untouchable figure in MAGA world. He is their infallible god. He can lie, kill, fuck anything, they don't care. But everyone else is just a secondary character that can be tossed away or blamed.

Focus only on the people within the group chat. Keep Trump out of the spotlight. Relentlessly go after Waltz, Hegseth, Gabbard, and Kash Patel. Take dead fucking aim and force these pieces of shit to pay.

That's because the act of the Sec. of Defense sending the text to the wrong person automatically declassifies it. Duh

Yeah, that's probably not going to fly any better than all the state law efforts to suppress the vote with the various voter ID provisions.  There is a big wildcard out there though.

And, guess what the fundamental proof of citizenship for a RealID and US passport is?
