With Micah Hudson looking more and more like he is going back to Lubbock next season do you think there is a possibility that Johntay wants to come to Aggieland? He was at Washington for a cup of coffee but Micahs departure and Johntay from Washington were about the same time. I wonder if that is in the works. Thoughts?

Can someone please alert Immamac that recent site update keeps opening the Johntay Cook is Dismissed from the team thread on BurnOrange&White's computer and forcing him to post on it?

  • Theft? At least the cops didn't have to tell him to drop it.

Did Thomas Johnson get in this much trouble before he killed that dude? I know he had a lot of mental health calls and was a known schizophrenic before that all happened. Worried Cook is headed that way. Or maybe he’s just a pure fuck up.

He went to Texas A&M by choice. That was the first indication he was fucked in the head.

Sadly the A&M staff is apparently smart enough to avoid this particular pothole.

Cup of coffee? He wasn't even there long enough to place an order.

Unlike the lazy press who continues to refer to Johntay as, 'the best available player in the transfer portal,' Mattbegreat thinks he is going to be untouchable for a major program until he can get his life together.

… then Tulsa University is the place for him.

isn't johntay a big social media guy?  or maybe that was evan stewart.  either way, johntay is setting up his last chance u redemption and it's gonna be big.

People are getting arrested in Texas for weed? Seriously that is a thing?

Why is that surprising? Especially in a town the size of Pottsboro.

You haven't noticed that Old Sleepy Eye is suing all the towns that have attempted to decriminalize weed?

Yeah you can commit blatant financial crimes on a felony level but don’t get caught with a couple grams of the devil’s lettuce

I don't count this as a real arrest. Not a smart decision in Texas, obviously, but I don't think possessing marijuana should be a knock on his character. His judgment, perhaps, but college kids are in glass houses on the pot thing unless they go to Oral Roberts or Liberty or some other brainwashatorium

Oh, it's absolutely a knock on his judgement. And his character is already in question.

The point is that he is in the midst of a consistent streak of poor decisions and is not likely to get his life together without some help.

I don't think having pot even registers as a decision for him, though. Like a lot of people, especially college aged men, it's as natural as having a cell phone.

I would agree if this wasn't his second* arrest in 10 days.

Hanging out with weed in a sithole Texas town across the border from Oklahoma that likely lives to arrest people for it - when you got popped for shoplifting a week ago - is really, really dumb.

I'm sure most of us think marijuana should be federally decriminalized/legal - that doesn't make Johntay some martyr here. You still have to have common sense and understand what the laws are where you are.

Of course it's a knock on his character.  If you were fired from 2 jobs, in rapid succession, for drugs yet you're still being caught with drugs that's a character problem.

Maybe hold off until you get back on track

I never said he's a smart guy. All I'm saying is that having weed isn't scandalous especially not compared to the other stuff he's done.

Unless you're an American and get caught breaking laws in other countries. Then in that case, only American laws apply to you, as many an American tourist has found out.

Sure. He's probably lucky that's all it was.

Probably due to something else about him and not so much the marijuana.

Less than two ounces, huh?

Those cops would have a hayday at my place. I don’t measure in ounces. 🤣

To be fair to Johntay, when I get around the Oklahoma border, I am also a little unclear as to which country I am in.

On the other hand, after being fired twice is exactly when you need drugs.

You all are ignoring the kilo that he already smoked.

The north islands don’t really start popping off until Memorial Day. Maybe he was going to claim his spot and get an early start.

Well, the place is named Pottsboro, so maybe he thought it was cool.

Apparently you are unfamiliar with the Texas Taliban.  Given some of your other expressed political views, you might do well to study up on it, because it's what's coming for most of the rest of you.

When I was a little kid playing peewee football we used to fuckstomp Pottsboro almost as bad as Bells…

To sum this up:

1. JFC, Johntay.  Get off social media, lay low, and find a mentor. Asap.

2. JFC, America (and Texas.)  Read the fucking room. As my boy Sean Paul said, legalize it. Time to recognize it.

People get popped all the time bringing back stuff they bought legally in Oklahoma
