November 11, 20241 yr I'm still amazed we are on the 8th one. I can remember seeing the first one and being impressed. Holy shit, I just realized the first one came out in '96. Edited November 11, 20241 yr by atomheartbevo
November 11, 20241 yr Popular Post That strange little running man just wants to give you enjoyable action cinema. He's a gift and I'll keep accepting that until he's unable to do it. Fucking bi-planes where he's hanging off and a god damn submarine. Are you kidding me?

November 11, 20241 yr These are the American James Bond movies and I absolutely love them. I agree with what Mdmost said. That weirdo makes fun movies. The previous one was one of the best action movies I've ever seen. Cant fucking wait.
November 11, 20241 yr Does he still have the cinematic rights to reacher? I wouldn’t mind if he produced these two franchises well into the future, with actors taking turns, as broccoli did with bond.

We got drunk one night in Johnstown and took turns reenacting the scene where Cruise calls out his coach. /csb. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUti_tmZmxE
November 13, 20241 yr 1 was a good 90s movie, which is the highest compliment a movie can get. 2 was embarrassing. 3 would have been meh if anyone other than PSH was in it. We remember it fondly because we all love him. It wasn't until 4 that it really transformed into the no doubt winner that the series has become.
November 13, 20241 yr 2 really is so bad. It unfortunately came along during the five minutes that Hollywood thought it could make good John Woo movies.
