Just a quick question for you guys. My vehicle is registered in Harris County (Houston) and I am in Austin right now and it is very difficult to drive back to Houston at the moment. is it possible to get emissions and safety testing done in Travis County to get my registration renewed in Harris? For what it's worth, it's a 2013 Sierra so I will receive the OBDII test.

Yes
Yes
Will he be able to get a registration sticker if his car is inspected in a different county?

I know you can't go to Hays and try and pass that off for travis because of higher testing standards.

Yes.

Harris and Travis counties are both emissions testing counties.

Hays seems be a safety inspection only
