Wisner is a gladiator. Total badass. Reminds me of JC, at whatever point you think you should've been tackled, he's down three or 4 yards beyond that.

Legendary performance. Props to the OLine, his night as a reflection of their domination.

Tre stands in no man's shadow.  He's going "all in" on every play.  He deserves all he can get.  WTG Tre.   Longhorn nation is proud, very proud of you.

The part of RoJo is now being played by Tre Wisner, he is not going to let this team down. That attitude is now a part of Longhorn DNA. Deal with it!

He won that game for us last night. Gave our D a few critical breathers.

Reminds me of Priest Holmes. If you watch a greatest plays video of his time with the Chiefs, you can see why he was one of the NFL's greatest running backs. He was injured at UT and a bit underappreciated.

Hope Wisner continues to improve and kick fucking ass.

He has 59 carries in the last 2 games. 64 touches. He is playing the role of Bijan, Rojo, and Keilan in the backfield. Tough kid and playing g excellent

Tre is more Bijan than RoJo with how he cuts back, avoids defenders, and goes to the next level after contact. We could use a RoJo for short yardage and goalline to keep Quinn from having to be the hero.

Not sure if this will post. His post game interview. Talks up the program a lot, humble, playing for his teammates and family. "Texas kid born and raised" ... even says yes ma'am.

What a badass.

That is a grown-ass (young) man representing the best University in the state of Texas. That’s an exclamation point on that m’f***ing win!

I’ve never understood this. Didn’t his Mamma name him Cassius?

And anyone who watched Wisner andDeSoto win the state championship game got a preview of what we’re seeing now.

If he is going to continue hanging with the team, I think McConaughey needs to add a few more alrights.

And this kid is still balling out for Texas. By far the team's best RB and was our most important offensive weapon today. Also supremely underappreciated by our fanbase.

Love that kid. Played his ass off. Run game struggled until Sark called a few stretch plays in a row and Tre got some momentum.  Tough fucking kid too

Tre is that dude

props to arch give him game ball

So impressed by this guy. I don't think there's any way for us to know how much physical pain he was in at the end of the game but the staff was saying "you're the guy we trust to close this out" and it's the fucking TX/OU game. So he stayed in and did it.

He's the man.

You saw it with his first four runs.   He was quick to the hole. Love he got the ball from Arch.  Wonder if coach will tell Arch that’s my job!!!

Great performance.  He's ain't big.  He definitely ain't fast.  But he's tough.... and slippery, and..... tough.  Led the charge to up the physicality from the RB position.  Great work, young man.

Yep, Herbstreit was talking about how Wisner said that being small when he was young he knew he had to be the toughest to earn playing time.

Little guys who compete in football go one of two routes. Either they become total Napoleonic assholes who end up coaching middle school football or they become total badasses like Wisner. I'm glad he chose the correct path.

We need someone to spell him from time to time but he is 100% our bell cow. Idk who that is unfortunately.

For some reason we never see Gibson

Simon looked like he was about to go on that toss play he’s got some juice

Clark not seeing it

For weeks I was wondering just who was going to be the leader of this offense, after today it's unquestionably Wisner.

The punt return iced the dame but that run might have been the play of the game.

The majority of our fan base thinks he is just another guy. He is not that.

Been saying this.  Wanting to see ebeyone but him. He is our run game.

Exactly. He sets the tone.

Everything looks better when he's in there.  He wore those sooner bastards OUT in the 2nd half.

I am here to apologize.  I have said weisner is a serviceabback but not a difference maker.....I apologize I was wrong.

Underrated part of this play is Townsend keeping his head on a swivel and making a key block.

He's a great example of a RB that doesn't have the size to truck LB's or the speed to leave DB's grasping at air, but the kid knows how to get positive yards even when it looks like there are none to give.

His worst games are when he is gimpy and the O-line give him no time for even the first juke move. Otherwise he is solid.

If we can work him into some wheel routes like Fozzy was so good at, that would be nice.

I was going to say he reminds me of a slightly better Chris Ogbannaya. Not flashy, but he will surprise you and very rarely disappoint.

I love that they seem to be using Simon as the #2 more and more.  He's gonna be legit.

Same for me. Hopefully he sets the tone the rest of the season.

If you want to go waaaay back, he reminds me of Chris Samuels (and that’s a good thing)
