We should have stepped on their throat in the first half and we didn't for multiple reasons.

we lost the game because we missed 2 field goals. that's it. all these other reasons y'all are bitching about is why we didn't blow them out.

One question I would like asked at a presser is why do we suck so much in the 3rd quarter every damn game.  Sark's halftime speeches must be epically bad.

why?

you don't think we can get enough votes to make it a rotating game ?

everyone not named georgia and  USC would vote rotate between some mix of atlanta, nola, nashville, jax, houston, and dallas

No they wouldn’t

Poor coaching and lack of adjustments while our opponents do the opposite.

All we can do is hope they coach this shit up.

Texas is a better team, no one can convince me otherwise.

Probably not the thing to say when you’ve lost to the same team twice in a season

At times this team is so damn inconsistent on offense...  frustrating 😡

IDGAF, we dominated everything but the final score.

Wut, lol? We lost because of any combination of missed FGs, not even looking to block on what shoulda been a pick 6, not recovering a fumble, not protecting the QB, not running the ball, dropped pass, bad offensive play calling, stupid penalties (one of which negated a FG btw), not reacting to a fake punt right after their punter gets hurt,  etc, etc.

You can't put it all on the FG team with all that other shit happening.

What about the dropped pass? Was that enough. DON'T BE A DUMBASS. We couldn't run the ball, that is why we lost.

When Helms is catching passes and involved, we win.

I wish QE luck. I’m think he’ll test well and get drafted.

Very ready for Arch.

I think QE stays in college another year.

I am so disappointed but we should have one at home that we need to go to and support the team for a win.

We didn't dominate the red zone.

No way Jerrah Jones will convince him to come out so the Cowboys can take him in the first round.

We couldn't run the ball at all, total stats still tell a different story. I get it, points mater.

Uh, no. Did those missed FGs hurt? Absolutely. But when your offense has scored one single TD in 6 quarters, that's a huge issue. Another terrible 3rd quarter, which has been a theme all year.

Not to mention, special teams coaching not even being prepared for a fake punt with their backup punter in, that turned the whole game around. We had all the momentum and I do feel we get the ball back and score and that might have did Georgia in. Smart knew this, which is why he rolled the dice with the fake. Georgia took so much more time off the clock after that fake. They finally started to wear down the Texas defense and started to break off big chunks in the run game.

To simply blame this loss on Auburn is pretty ridiculous. We almost tripled Georgia in yards in the 1st half, yet only led by 3. That's 100% on the offense.

We dominated yardage in the first half. That’s it. We were completely outplayed in the second half. You’re kidding yourself thinking we dominated this game.

Outplayed in the running game. Outplayed in special teams. Outplayed in the red zone.

Interesting take….wish it didn’t come to seeing it because we won instead

Exactly, he and a couple of others dropped passes that could have changed the outcome. I stye QB responsible for dropped passes as well?

If so, it won't be at Texas.

Except with a 12 team playoff, that FSU team woulda been in.

That’s dumb. This is a completely different tournament than last year’s. And they won today’s game to secure their (automatic) spot with the backup QB.

Why are penalties, especially the type we get mostly (false start, variants of offsides, holding) blamed on coaches?

I get the issue of discipline and if you have players wilding out with unsportsmanlikes, etc. that's on the coach/culture.

But I don't know how you discipline out brainfarts like our penalties?  And when you have one guy that seems particularly prone to it. And today was exceptionally bizarre.

Are you supposed to run it out of em?  Hook their balls to a car battery? What?

Kicker could have won the game had he made a kick too ,but guess what, he didn't.

We roasted them for 358 through the air. How would they not be worried about the pass?

Sarks dumb ass just said fuck it let’s try to run.

True. Counterpoint: When Helm doesn't have to help our OL block the pass rush, it's much easier for him to run routes.

Yeah, people got mad at his affinity for going for it in FG range.  Now you know why he did it.  There is something to say about why he still employees a Special Team coach that puts him in that position though.

Texas gave Georgia the ability to run the ball in the second half that cost them the game.

Fuck Georgia and fuck this game. I'm on my 2nd bourbon and don't give a fuck anymore. Just win in 2 weeks and then get ready for the final 8.

Just realized we are all burying a very hilarious lead...
We decapitated Georgia for the playoffs lolol.   Good luck to fat crying visor baby when Beck can't throw and the backup just got CTE.

They own us for now but wow they're fucked for their next game lol.

I don’t think the back up knew where he was when he stood up.

See? This is a mature perspective.

Sark got outreached in the second half as well as the first half and still should have won. we got beat by a second string QB, period.

I like 5 stars. I like people that speak that language. He gets a pass

We couldn't run the ball, we lost just like last time. We didn't run the ball either then either.

Well, he missed from 51, which is not a gimme for any college kicker and something like 42.  He hit 4 of them.  The main problem is that we had to attempt 6 FGs when we were at or near the red zone and couldn't score a single TD on any of those drives.  Our only TD came on a 5 yard pass with 36 YAC.

I like having a competent Punter and Kicker and someone that can sniff out a fake punt when the other team's Punter just got carted off.  Let him be recruiting coordinator.
