Has anyone here ever attended a live taping of Kill Tony? I was trying to figure out how to get tickets and saw the next ones in January are listed as having a limited presale, with warnings about buying from 3rd party vendors. I can't find when the tickets will actually go on sale. Any guidance is appreciated.

I would be interested in a show where Tony was killed.

Come On What GIF by MOODMAN

Na bro I think you got to suck Joe Rogans wiener to get tickets to that shit.

Or just sign up to do a set....please for us

So, is the running joke with William Montgomery that his stand up isn't funny at all?  The interviews are entertaining, but..

Also, why is everyone being a twat to poor raw dog?

insert that "this is bait" gif...

I saw him at the comedy store. Guest was Bob saget. It was awesome. That's all I've got.

I’m debating buying tickets to the Comedy Mothership for Sunday night. They actually have tickets available still which is rare, with the holidays I doubt Dave Chappelle or anyone else will be popping in but you never know.

Meh...I think Tony was pretty funny when he was first hustling and starting that show. I watched like two episodes when he went to Texas during covid and never went back. His band was such a big part of the show. New guys didn't do it for me but haven't watched in years so who knows 🤷‍♂️

I believe there’s ticket information at the beginning of every show.

I wish the regulars/golden ticket winners got longer than a minute. The bucket pulls have been terrible for months. Not even Tony and the panel roasting them in the interviews can save it. I’ve been hanging in there for Ari, William Montgomery, Cam, and Hans Kim. Tony’s interactions with D Madness, the bass guitarist, are usually pretty funny. Redban bombing is always funny.

The episode with Montgomery’s parents on the panel is fucking hilarious. Really funny family.

Ari’s bit about campaign signs is the hardest I’ve laughed in a long time.

Yeah he's kind of meh for me.

Might just do that. My wife and I like comedy club shows and have been meaning to check it out, but we live an hour away.

I think I would do better than some of the ones pulled up.

The Kill Tony show where Shane Gillis does his Trump and the other guy does a Biden was hilarious.

Yeah it was awesome episode. My whole floor at work heard me laughing.

Wish David Lucas was on there more. So damn funny.

Kyle Dunnigan KILLED on Monday’s episode with his impression of RFK Jr. It’s up there with Shane Gillis’ Trump.

He absolutely nails the voice and saying crazy shit.

That’s Adam Ray. He also does Dr Phil and some other stuff. He’s legitimately hilarious in my opinion.

Adam Ray as Jeremy would already be a sitcom 10 years ago. Really funny guy.

Yeah him as Biden with Shane as Trump was the best episode I've seen. Also the last one I've seen. They were absolutely amazing. They're just so good. I personally think Tony is funny af and as quick on his feet as I've ever seen, and I love Kam, David Lucas, and Mark Normand as well. Kam would kill me just reading the phone book. Ari, Hans, & William can eabod imho, but to each his own.

Tony is at his best shredding Redban and D Madness. The bucket pulls interviews have been shit because 1 in 100 can’t juke and jive with him and the panel.

I kind of think Tony is a victim of his own success. He hosts the number 1 live podcast in the world, but he has to  be in Austin every single Monday night to host. He talks about touring all the time, but I believe he only has 1 comedy special from years ago that rolled off of Netflix. I doubt he has an hour of material.

Cam Patterson reading the phone book is actually a brilliant idea.

I think Tony cleverly navigates the “he’s too mean, comedy is hard” criticisms by giving anyone and everyone a chance with the bucket. It leads to some wild interviews and some diamonds in the rough discoveries, but far too often it’s a rough 5 minutes. If your minute sucks, and you’re a bad interview, there’s nothing Tony can do with you other than make fun of the way you look and sound.

Kam and Ari are the only dependable regulars right now. I like William, but his hit rate isn’t great.

Kam was funny the first handful of times. Now it's just the same shit over and over.

His last couple sets have been great. The Rochester bit, and the story about how crack saved his uncle’s life.

The Netflix show has been a bit of a dud.

- Joe Rogan is always terrible on panel, and this was no exception. He’s obviously on mushrooms and just grins like an idiot the whole time.

- Segura was equally terrible on panel.

- The Musk impression really didn’t work.

- Redban dunked his entire head in hair dye. Hilarious.

- Ari and Casey of course picked the absolute worst time to perform their worst sets in 12+ months.

- There are some funny surprises I don’t want to spoil.

I’m only about 20 minutes in and it sucks so far. The Elon dude is fucking terrible.

Hang in there. It gets better.

Willie Boy should have lead off the show.

Cam was pretty great as always.
Casey sucked which sucks because he’s usually hilarious.

Yeah Segura and Rogan were huge wastes.  Should have just done Adam Ray and Gillis again the whole time as Trump/Biden.

Gillis pulled it back out of respect + probably money. Segura just sitting there and eating the mic is not new. Rogan getting stoned and staring at everything is not new. Sure give them their flowers for the Austin comedy scene, but encourage to spend their Mondays somewhere else.

Congrats to Kam. I have no idea how it’s going to work, but going from Kill Tony to SNL is a remarkable achievement.

I wonder how many "edgy" jokes will be told in the coming weeks about Kam and DEI on Kill Tony.

I expect a lot of jokes of the “how is Kam going to read the cue cards?” variety.

Not sure what they have in the can of Kam appearances. He was on the last Netflix special. I believe they turned that around in 9 days. Live performance at MSG was August 19 to published on Netflix August 25. The show usually runs a few weeks behind. He did not appear in the episode published on September 1. I’d say it’s possible he appears in the next 3, maybe 4 would be pushing it, episodes of KT. It’s also possible Netflix will be his last KT performance for the foreseeable future.

  • 2 weeks later...

Dusty Slay was on panel in the most recent episode. Edging ever closer to Nate appearing on KT?

I think Tony hosting an episode of SNL is going to happen soon. Lorne doesn’t give a shit about all the other stuff if people tune in.

  • 1 month later...

Tony is wearing a UT vest on the episode tonight. I can’t decide if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.

He is a huge fOSU fan, so maybe it can’t hurt.

it’s not great. tony hinchcliffe is a no-talent assclown.

I generally enjoy it for the cringe. Kam always made me laugh so it’s cool to see him achieve success.  Over the last year I’ve been watching it during my tattoo sessions on my sleeve to pass the time. Some folks get up there and make me Squirm in my seat but by and large I’d go see a show
