December 19, 20241 yr We have one ee in TXWe have one ee in TNWe have two or three in mn Maybe one elsewhere. It’s been tough finding something for coverage that isn’t fucking crazy. Any ideas?
December 19, 20241 yr The company I work for is in a similar situation with employees spread out. We ended up going with insperity and let them handle all that shit. No idea what it costs, I'm sure it's expensive but I haven't heard any complaints from the worker bees. Our employees in Texas have UHC, ones in Maryland and Virginia have BCBS, not sure what the others have but they manage the plans based on state the employee lives in. The rates for the employee are somewhat reasonable.
December 19, 20241 yr Small biz here and fortunately Tx only but holy shit the premiums and plans are stupid. $650/mo for ~40 yr old and fairly shitty benefits on it… $100 for specialist, several thousand deductible.
December 19, 20241 yr Same for us, spread out maybe 7-8 states and use Insperity. Service has been good, don't know the cost breakdowns, but we haven't heard of anything better currently.
