Certain teams get a lot of leeway on the standing/walking over a guy after a tackle.  I’d be throwing the flag on many of them. I hate that

rig12 refs as blind and retarded as ever on that call

People would bitch about a handy before they get laid.

He didn't flop. He fell over his teammate that was on the ground.

Which SEC teams would beat this Indiana “playoff” team?  I mean, even the LSU’s, Aggies and Florida's would beat them in my opinion.  Not to mention Texas, UGA, Bama, Missouri, Ole Miss, South Carolina.  Shit, Arkansas, Kentucky and Vandy could beat this team.  12 team playoffs is fine but they need to not fall for overrated Big 10 teams who play soft schedules.

Forget the SEC. Put them against Miami, Ga Tech, Syracuse, ASU, ISU, CU, BYU etc.

Those would all be games.

A three-team conference getting 4 in was terrible.

Fix. The. Schedules.

the knob slobbing of ND is funny.  Like people forgot a 6-6 USC just rolled up 557 yards on them 2 weeks ago.  Indiana sucks.  they are a slow Big 10 team just not quite as slow as the pond scum that is 75% of the Big 10,

They barely handled Michigan.

The only thing impressive they did was beat corn by 49 and even then that's a team that went 3-6 in conference.

Yeah, normally SEC teams don't fall out of the ranking for losing to highly ranked SEC teams. But we weren't supposed to be good in the SEC so the narrative was the teams we were beating had to be trash. You can thank Texas for killing the SEC bias.

USC is a lot better than their record. Their other 5 losses were by a combined 19. They just couldn't finish games.

I would agree with that as always D is a problem for Riley.  that said, point remains.  an above average team put 550+ yards on ND.

And Ga Tech put up 563 on Georgia.

STFU McElroy carrying water for the CFP's bullshit.

"This is a really good Indiana team!"

Really because they played two teams and got smoked by both.

I feel this win by ND will prove to be a launching pad for A&M to return to their rightful position atop the college football world.

I'm serious.

The problem is the same thing is going to happen in the quarters.

ASU and Boise State are going to get worked like this too.

Well there is a lot of talk about WWIII, and time is a circle…

The end result of a lot of posts would be play the regular season and then crown the SEC Champ as the National Champ. Or, play the regular season and then have a 12 team playoff with the top 10 SEC teams, tOSU, and UM.

They couldn’t finish games because they aren’t better than their record. That phrase is trash, especially for 6-6 teams.

Okay and ND beat them by 14.

Talking about their yardage total.

6 of those overtimes added 15 yards to that total so... congrats?

Actually they don't even add 2 pt conversions to yardage. So they put up 513 on UGA in regulation.

You absolutely cannot say that about Boise. Penn State could get there and completely fall apart because they're not playing in Happy Valley. SMU has shown that they are capable of losing to a team like BYU and Clemson. There is not a runner like Jeanty in CFB. Arizona State has played really well the last month of the season. Both Texas and Clemson have shown they can be beaten. We could go out tomorrow and have a repeat of Georgia and then Clemson is there to get thrown on by ASU. People need to just calm down and let the next few games play out.

So 513 in regulation? There are only 50 yards available in multiple overtimes with the current rules.

Didn't recover it this time but that was another really good onside kick....guy good on FGs and interested in the portal?

Indiana noooooo you had this!! Hoosiers otherwise dominated this game. Oh well, still need 2 scores in 0:25.

Texas will be 20 point favorites against ASU.

I will be shocked if we lose to Arizona State (assuming we get there).

Someone earlier asked if Notre Dame was just better under Freeman than Kelly. Certainly looks that way. Now 12-4 against ranked opponents.

Marcus Freeman vs Ranked Opponents:11-4 (.733)Brian Kelly vs Ranked Opponents at ND:22-27 (.448)New - Era.

To be fair to Kelly I think part of it is that ND has their NIL fully rolling at this point. They have their highest talent-composite ever since 247 started tracking them in 2015.

Granted BK isn't helping his case so far at LSU.

Aside - holy fuck McElroy is a beating. Did he just say "death nail"?

Indiana is a JV team. Boise and Arizona State are in the same zip code.

Tonight was watered down. The quarters are going to be even worse in two of the games.  Boise and Arizona State have no business being in a real playoff.

There should be 8 teams, that's it. TV and idiocy will take us beyond 12 games.
