August 17, 20187 yr Just got hired as an operator at a natural gas plant in Denver. Anybody have experience with them? From my interview it seems they have a strong, team-centric culture. Just looking for experiences. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 17, 20187 yr I drove through Anadarko, OKsucks. Wouldn't go through there again even if they were giving away free pussy on the side of the road. Youre welcome.
August 17, 20187 yr Wife's cousin and her husband work in the corporate office. No idea what they do or if they like it there. They had Maroon 5 play at their Christmas party one year. Hope that helps.
August 17, 20187 yr Don’t make anyone mad. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said authorities found the body of 34-year-old Shanann Watts three days after she was reported missing. Her body was found on the property owned by Anadarko Petroleum, where her husband worked. At least you know what happened to the last guy now. Edited August 17, 20187 yr by Archer

Ya, I’m taking his job. Hope they don’t push me over the edge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
August 17, 20187 yr How's there culture ar the plant, or do you know yet? I've been an operator at a PE plant for seven and a half years now and would love to make a move to Colorado, but the cost of living there is so high and I get the impression that pay down here in Texas is much better.

I met the operators on duty when I had my interview, and they and the manager all seem cool. Very laid back. They’re getting ready to open a new plant in Platteville I believe, but ya the housing prices are ridiculous. I can’t speak to pay, I don’t know what Texas’ pay rates look like. August 17, 20187 yr sounds like good use of shareholder money. This was when oil was $100+, but yeah I hadn't ever heard of anything like that. Definitely not at the company I work for.
August 17, 20187 yr They have a couple of very nice buildings in The Woodlands. That’s got to count for something, right?
August 20, 20187 yr had two buddies work there for less than a year (both petro engineers @ corporate), both moved on to better paying jobs (at better companies). both said the place sucked balls Edited August 20, 20187 yr by tx 3 putt
