it drizzled for 15 minutes in 78749 and just stopped. I have been holding off adding water to the pool for a week because of this fucking flood we were supposed to endure.

Another day of 0.0 at my house.

But glad for those of you who got something.

Red River looking east off I-35 bridge....those of you familiar with that scene know how much water that is. Those of you that don't, river is usually 20-30' below bridge with visible sand bars

Austin local news: “Many of you are probably getting tired of this constant rainfall interrupting your spring outdoor activities- well I have some good news, it looks like we will be quickly transitioning into a much drier pattern for the rest of the month starting this Wednesday. Details at 6.”

Our swim meet and soccer game got canceled Friday and moved to tonight.

I wouldn’t believe it’s going to storm today, but it’s so absurd, it’s definitely happening.

I'm sure there are some answers to this upthread, so apologies in advance.  What are you using for radar?  I miss the NWS/NOAA radar channel on tv.

Currently use KXAN but would love another resource.

I use the MyRadar app on my phone.

Just download the NWS radar app. For $1 a month you can get the “future” radar functionality as well.

The paid version is great, so much functionality.

RadarScope app. Best on the market imo.

We've had flooding all around Washington County and a 10 year old girl was swept away by flood waters while walking home from school.  A Brenham Police Officer was also swept away while trying to rescue her, but they were able to get him out.  As of 9pm, the girl was still missing.  Very sad.

I must say I have had a ton of rain these last two weeks.

I live on the very southern edge of Georgetown right across from the north part of Terra Vista.

Had at least three to four inches in the last 14 days.

2.5" in last 24 hours in Amarillo, after 2"+ last week.  7.3" YTD versus an average of 4" YTD-  we'll damned sure take it.

They'll be back up to just 'not quite emtpy" in no time.

Travis has 57.2% still to go, so we'll see what it looks like in a day or two when more stuff upstream flows in

Is The Lake Full Yet?

Not much movement yet, but it can take a while for all the water to make its way to the lakes. The drought has been so bad in the areas that drain to the highland lakes, the land will suck up a lot of this rain.

What was it at in 2015 before the floods brought it back up?

This is correct. Even with the recent rains, the ground is still very dry.
