The TE next to the right tackle basically moved back and then forward, but wasn't set long enough before the receiver started moving. These calls have all been technically correct. The big12 is showing off their ability to spot tiny errors, but only on one team.

Think one of the biggest things they could do to help defenses the game has completely been tilted against is make a simple change to “no PI on underthrown balls”

Nice theory but uncatchable isn't really a thing anymore. Maybe 1 in 1000. ASU got a PI against Manny last night on a ball that was 10 yards out of bounds

It wasn’t a great throw but it literally hit the defender in the back while the defender is hitting the receiver. If the guy turns his head around it’s a no call. Every poster on here would be pissed if that wasn’t called on a Texas WR.
January 3Jan 3 Texas not getting called for targeting yeserday: this is a national outrage and the only thing we should talk about. Georgia getting all these bullshit ticky tack calls: 🦗s

Kaiser needed super brakes.

I feel like I remember catchable or uncatchable coming into play in the past. You are right, not often but it did. I feel like offenses are getting good at baiting defenses into penalties these days, especially PI.

January 3Jan 3 again... its getting to the point that georgia and the announcers just automatically assume any contact at all means georgia gets a DPI and its bullshit

January 3Jan 3 7 minutes ago, Vic Mackey said: I hate that fucking call. QB gets bailed out by a well underthrown ball that he was not going to catch at all no matter what the defender was doing. Seems to have been a trend for awhile now. Underthrow the ball and get bailed out by PI. Defender didn't turn his head but the WR jumped in the air on a ball underthrown that he wasn't catching. Stfu man, that’s our offense!
January 3Jan 3 I am genuinely surprised they didn't call a flag there. #7 tried like hell to sell that. I am sad we didn't get a cut to Kirby after that who was for sure bitching for a flag like the bitch he is.
January 3Jan 3 Just now, troph said: Take the 3 Kirby that was fucking stupid - go Irish! Not really, I think that was the right choice. If you go for 3 there you're still down two possessions.

January 3Jan 3 So this is the point where ND should throw every play to preserve as much clock as possible, right?

January 3Jan 3 Took a jaunt over to TexAgs and I find it absolutely hilarious and predictable that all of a sudden Aggy fans are saying “screw the SEC” and claiming to not root for its teams in the playoff. Hmm I wonder why that could be
January 3Jan 3 "Kirby Smart trying to influence the spot" I wish he'd get Mackovic'd on the sideline.
January 3Jan 3 amazing how kirby gets these kind of close plays directly next to him. but I agree hes a little short.
