I reluctantly drafted him in my fantasy league as the best player available at the time, and his three TDs last night as my No. 2 back was nice.  But I don't have a boner for the guy like a lot of folks on this thread.

He almost single handedly beat the team last year.  With this Charmin-soft, milquetoast team this year, a few more like him on the roster would make most quite gruntled.

Mukuba laid Skatt's ass out on the sidelines and the dumbass gets up talking shit and is handed a 15-yard penalty for taunting.

If you don’t like watching this kid play then I question if you like football at all.

Meh... not a fan of watching CTE develop in real-time.

I like his style but he probably burns out quickly. Hopefully he can get to that next contract.

Skat's performance against us last year is one of the best individual performances I have seen in college football. Dude leaves it all on the field, and scrapped his way up to FBS from Sacramento State. Crazy to think that in the era of 7th graders being scouted and offered, eight-figure NIL deals, and megaconferences, you can still have Rudy-type stories where a dude is just too persistent to be denied. Now he's producing in the NFL. How can you not love that?

It was his play in the 4th quarter. He did jack shit before that. The 42 yard toss was the most amazing thing he did.

His highlights are amazing, but he's gonna be doing ads for Prevagen by the time he's 26.

I love watching him play.  I like an RB that. wants punishes defenders for taking him on.  He’ll figure out some preservation techniques.  He can watch some king Henry film.    Reminds me of Marion Barber.

He has an iq of 65. He’s not gonna figure anything out. He’s short as shit and not fast. He’s not gonna get down and dodge hits, because then he’s just another white guy that is running the ball in quicksand.

His brains are going to leak out of his helmet into the field after a hit. Yes, there won’t be much to leak.

CTE isn't a byproduct of a few, highlight-esq hits.  It's years and years of cumulative damage over time.  It's the linemen that haven't the highest cases.  Every play they are smashing into one another.  Over and over.  Those are your highest risk guys.

He's a poor-man's M. Lynch, who doesn't seem to have any lingering effects from football/CTE

Like growing up running into telephone poles? He's an absolute MONSTER, and I mean that in the best way for a tough running back, but homeboy is playing like there's no tomorrow.

Good running back...but he registers pretty high on the douche scale. Even in the playoff game last year. All that mugging and shit in front of the camera on the sidelines...

When he wasn’t fighting his teammates, twitching his head or puking.

It will be 1000% a minimum deal at his size and the way he plays.

Dude is fun as hell to watch. Last year and so far this year he’s handling business on the field and has a good personality online. I enjoy it

Yep.

And like Marion Barber III, I doubt that he makes it to 40.

I fully believe there are some people that are just born to live fast and burn out quickly. It's not a tragedy when they do it, because there was no other way they could live this life. They weren't going to be able to go sit in an office for 10+ hours a day. They don't have the introspection or calm wit to find a more peaceful path that fulfills them.

In Yungian terms they are almost all shadow. But not in the normal sense of a repressed shadow consuming them from within and projecting outwards. They were born with very little, if any, ability to integrate the shadow. They're just born into this life with one path of destruction, and when they can channel it onto the football field, boxing ring, battlefield, etc they start to shine.

Exactly. He’s running with the gods right now. He’s been like this since he was a kiddo. His parents were probably relieved he made it thru the toddler running with scissors phase. He’s a badass. We all know the consequences of this. He’s not changing his style.

I had 3 kids on my pop warner team just like this.  Sharp as a bowling ball but would run through a wall asked of them.  1 plays for NC state now. The other liberty.  Some kids just have it and are born with it.  Stop at nothing

Don’t think anyone hates him.  He’s fun and it’s a joy to watch. He just won’t be around long doing it.

Lol dude just look up to the top of this page, there’s plenty of hate….

At least they can’t blame it on artificial turf.

My heart is sad. He was such a joy to watch this year. Dart’s reaction said it all. He is so beloved by his teammates. I wish Mara (sorry he’s dealing with the cancer) would just fire Dabolll bc they will I think waste both Dart and when Skatebo comes back (with a short shelf life career) on games they lose they should win. Because of shit coaching, Jmo.
