Texas vs tOSU will be one of the most hyped games in the history of Television

The hype for this semifinal game won’t sniff the feet of Texas/USC.  Nowhere close.  This isn’t close to the Texas/Bama national title game. These are two 2-loss teams that finished ranked #3 and #6. There have been a lot more hyped games than this.

Hell, Texas/ND or Ohio State/ND for the national title would be a bigger deal.

Beat me to it.

Ok Ok. My bad. I simply mean this is the strongest side of the bracket.

I agree with you, the winner of this game has a high likelihood of winning the title.

Is this the first game where we’ve been the underdog since Bama last season?

Yup

Put money on Texas.

The ex MIchigan Wolverine? Yeah, Im gonna doubt that.

How many times will we see Muhammad throw his hands up mid play blaming somebody else for giving up a completion to his receiver against these guys? JFC that pissed me off. Saw it a little against Clemson too when he was getting torched.

That effort on the RB pass play was fucking pathetic.

It was absolutely pathetic, you see guys do this shit but not when you can still make a play.

tOSU will boatrace this team like 38-10.

We can’t run the ball at all and are very limited in the passing game. Our OL has regressed and is undisciplined. Our head  coach makes bonehead decisions. Our special teams is shit with a moron in charge.

Our defense will play well but will quickly tire out once TOP works against them. Muhammad and Taaffe will get burned all night by the best WR corps in the country.

Texas will lose. It will not be close.

These statements are do stupid. Texas was also going to roll over ASU.

the only reason i could see it not being called on the Taaffe hit was that they considered him a runner right at the time of contact and since there were no other indicators (crown of helmet or launching) they let it slide. Should have been called by the letter of the rule if you ask me but I don’t mind it not being called when it wasn’t an attempted knockout hit and it was very very close.

The ball was tipped by one of our players at the line of scrimmage.

Let’s just get the codes from Michigan.

whatever they did worked

and was in the shoe

Whatever is right about our culture, Malik Muhammad needs an extra helping.

Since I usually love your posts, can you please explain why it wasn't targeting? I honestly want to hear your thinking.

Check out the thread, plenty of photos and videos and definition of targeting there

To me it almost looked like he lost the ball, he had his hands out while the ball was still in the air like an outfielder who can't see the fly ball.

no that was throwing his hands up like where the fuck is my help.

He wouldn't fuck need it if he just kept playing. He should have intercepted that.

Miami v. Penn State in the Fiesta Bowl on January 2, 1987 was the most hyped game i remember before Texas/USC.  that was epic.

Where was the effort to try to stop him from scoring after the catch?

It was the same body language against Clemson when they targeted him.

That championship game USC played after winning two titles against some team was hyped pretty good. Best team in history with two Heisman trophy winners on offense. Going for the trifecta to make history.

That title game that USC played against some team after winning two straight championships was pretty hyped up. The best team in college football history, with two Heisman winners on offense going for more history by achieving the trifecta in titles.

This is how I read it. It was obvious he didn’t expect a ball to be thrown his way in that situation as he got turned around off the line, and then he couldn’t find the ball in the air because that would have been an easy interception. Hopefully that teaches him to lock in every play.

Except that they don’t hand out a national championship trophy. Don’t be an aggy.

Right but think the winner of that game will win the NC game too.

Barron is incredible, but Smith is a matchup nightmare.

They're going to move Smith so he's up against Muhammad.

Smith vs Muhammad is going to be an absolute massacre 😬

Their receivers will give us fits.

If last 5 min of the game Quinn would show up the whole game

I don’t think Texas wins, could even get blown out but playing someone higher in completion will light a fire under their ass not to play with their food the entire game. So there’s a chance it’s not all doom and gloom. If the run game is non existent again it all hangs on the defense and Quinn. Gulp.
Dusty Dovoredicksuck just said nobody can beat OSU….

Michigan would like a word.

tOSU only beat trash ass Nebraska by 4 21-17  PSU held them to 20 points.  They have looked good the last few weeks but they have also had some offensive clunkers.  Let's hope Pete has Chip's number and our offense can unfuck itself in the 3Q for something new and novel.

Are they finally playing football how we know this Texas team could or are the teams they are playing really shitting the bed? Tennessee was honestly never that good. I thought Oregon would put up a fight especially with Gabriel.

If anybody wants to do a deep dive to why these 2 teams got boat raced to a team that lost to Michigan and barely beat Nebraska, I’m all ears.

i haven’t seen where that matters with targeting like it does pass interference. Every “rules expert” seems to think it should have been called

Any seat in the 200's or lower starts at $800. Wtf

I bought a lower bowl seat when the bracket was first announced and they were half that price with fees included. But I did have to sweat out that investment today. So that was the blood payment for the cheap price.

I only rely upon the shrewd predictions of Kork Bowels and Sam Acho…..they seem to know things….

No. The winner will have to play another game against an excellent football team that is as equally capable of winning.

That’s clearly why OSU did so well against Meatchicken. They are invincible. No way to win, why even play?

Think Cotton Bowl is de facto NC game.

I'm so old I remember when Phi Slamma Jamma vs The Doctors of Dunk was the de facto championship game.

We'll be playing our best game of the season. If Michigan can hold them, then we have a chance to do the same: Jeremiah Smith and Egbuka or nir5

Revenge game never season for whomever losea the first game of the season.

To be honest. This IS the national championship. Whoever wins this is winning it all.

I don’t know about ND, we’ll see tomorrow. But I’m not sure I would ever count UGA out of it with their defense.

Maybe I’m wrong but I think Texas or Ohio State will beat ND or Pedo St.
