Purchased 4 - me and my lucha friend will be there (sans lucha masks).

Why no lucha masks bruh?

Why no lucha masks bruh?

Because we are 0-1 in them, and undefeated when we attend with our true identities.

Because everybody will probably be wearing ski masks.

Trying to see how many degenerates I can drag along.  Debating on getting tickets to the cosmo for the game actually but it’s not close to the stadium.

No. Pro tip: if you think you’ve found some clever hack for cheap or free parking, you’ve been had and it will bite you in the ass. I would suggest parking anywhere besides the lots that dump out onto Collins or AT&T way. Depending on where you’re headed (FW or Dallas) Blue Lot 15 or somewhere in that area with a plan to head west on Randolph Mill would be my suggestion

So, I should stop at the guy with a shopping cart with a sign that says "Free Valat"?

Looks like rideshare is in lot 15. Any other tips? I've never parked there. Is it first come first served?

I have never had to bother with parking, so I can only speak to what I see. Anything west of Collins will provide you decent egress from the event. Anything east of Loews is also a solid plan, but a bit of a walk and can be chaotic if there is the most minor of fender bender. Where are you trying to head after the game? East or west would greatly dictate my suggestive directions of travel.

I’ve always parked in one of the surface pay lots east of the Rangers ballpark(s) along Randol Mill. It’s a bit of a hike but not too bad….

I've got a Lot 13 pass.  looks like you can go out Sanford from that lot I think.  any thoughts?

Man that is a helluva a deal Mac.

Almost makes me want to come out of retirement and go to the game……..almost.

My couch, controlled environment, cold beer and a pisser within twenty feet is hard to pass up at my age.

If I were you, I’d take Sanford East to Stadium then take Stadium to Division. Then depending on if you need to head east or west I’d take division to 360 or division all the way to 820.

Grease Monkey Burger may provide shuttle service. Plenty of parking at their establishment. They provide shuttle to and from Cowboy games and major events.

So does J Gilligan's bar.  That's what we used last year for the Big XII CCG.  It looks like they drop off near the Surly tailgate.

Highly recommend them. Fare pricing on alcohol and a good meal from their kitchen. Utilized them for two High School Championship games when Longview made the grade and one Cowboy game.

J Gilligan's is great for this. Good food and drinks and the shuttle to Jerry World is so worth it to not have to deal with all that parking and traffic. Good to see they still do it

Tented Outside with heaters.

I’ve always referred to a shot as a ‘heater’…

So .... a question .... from an older Longhorn (Class of 81) but yet who is still morally bankrupt and emotional immature...

On those big ass televisions set up, as the well-to-do Longhorns leave the tailgate and walk to their luxury suites, is the set up going to remain so those of us who are the great unwashed can stay and watch the game?

Or... will we be given the bum's rush, and made fun of like Thurston Howell III making fun of a "Yale man?"

No watch party. They don't want the liability of people getting too hammered.

Any dos/donts coming in from Fort Worth? Is 30 the only decent route in and out?

Was looking at parking west of stadium, down Randol Mill…less than a mile hop to surlygate

Got me man, for football games I’ve always been coming in from DFW. For Rangers games (far less traffic) I always tried to avoid anything involving crossing/being on Collins but if you park west of it on RM and keep going west to FW you might be fine…

Every time I have gone to Jerry's World or to the Rangers, I exit Fielder then go down Randol Mill or Division.

Game is at an indoor stadium and the tailgate is covered with tons of heaters. I doubt it'll feel cooler than 55 anywhere in the tailgate area. Wear a jacket and pants and it'll be a little chilly and that's it.
