I know that's the reasoning and angle you want to believe, and so does every other Trump apologist. They will want a patsy.  Do we have any evidence of that yet re: Waltz?

Evidence of what wrt Waltz? The dude is a clown. A Miriam Adelson hand selected clown at that. What is the disagreement space here? He added an Atlantic reporter to an encrypted convo that should have never been happening on Signal. Should be roasted and done for.

What constitutes "not cloakroom" in this context? The idea of making Canada a U.S. state, renaming the Gulf of Mexico, and taking Greenland and the Panama Canal by force are not serious international

Sadly this won’t even be a story after tomorrow. They know how to make the next story the new story bigger in the press with the help of the media.

I was wondering why Trump once again changed tariff policy. No one will care about chats if the market is soaring.

You seem to want to focus only on Waltz. They are all culpable.

I get it, we live in a clown world now. But this should have legs.

As long as we prioritize the neocons for the first head shots, I am game.

And lets try to sustain this energy to the next D administration.

I don't think this is gonna get buried. Maybe if they would be taking it serious, but their completely ludicrous non response and attacks after a fuckup that required this magnitude of stupidity is going to lose even room temperature IQ people. This is wayyyyyyyyyyy beyond the complex stupid, this is stupid to anyone who even remotely cares about having a functional government.

Jake Sullivan should sit in a cell next to Mike Waltz in Gitmo debating the finer points of waterboarding based on their own experiences.

We are in a state of zero security. These morons are already hacked by the Chinese, with the info being sold to the highest bidders, and a world full of enemies growing larger by the week.

How much time until a major terrorist attack? It has to be a matter of when and not If with the state of things now.

No one needs to hack anyone. Donald would give you the football if you told him his golf swing was nice.

Who is going to push it? The media pushed the Dems lower ratings for days that shows they are feckless and unpopular. Congress? The media? Do you think it gets traction? Nope. Nope. But let’s keep thinking this is a normal time.

There is zero outrage right now. I don’t see this increasing throughout the week.

Maybe a result of sleeping on all sorts of that that you should have been outraged about over numerous prior admins, both dem and gop.

I guess this must be deeply embarrassing for you based on the repeated, non-specific both siding.

Average Trump supporter has no idea what signal is and simply won’t believe this story.

Setting aside insecure devices and a commercially available app, the dipshits added some dude they had no idea who he was and no one bothered to ask.

If you're gonna break all the rules for convenience, at least be careful.  Imagine if Hildawg had copied, I dunno, Fareed Zakaria on some state secret shit.

Clownshow.

I keep waiting for a near self-aware MAGAT to make the connection that Waltz added Goldberg as a Signal connection in the first place because he planned on needing to leak shit to the cucked libtard MSM at some point.

I’ll be waiting a few evolutionary cycles.

Army helicopter pilots are badasses.  My dad told me that from his Vietnam days.  Absolutely fearless, with the skill set to back it up.

Dem officials were put through months on end of congressional hearings for literally everything from the completely false and mundane to things or a more serious nature, while Fox News ran it 24/7, yet not a single one was even in the realm of fuckup as sharing fucking war plans with a journalist. But you knew that you fucking simp. Wake me up when the republican controlled congress does anything more than “share some concerns.” The speaker of the house has literally already said “we’ll look into it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.” Or as you would say “both sides.”

This.

Hell announce another delay in tariffs, he’ll send a tweet about taking back the Philippines, he’ll announce that he’s disbanding the UN, or he’ll deport a student from Stanford or something the and media will follow that

I swear to Odin they don't know the internet exists.

It's like they're doing a radio broadcast in the 40's and we can't see what they're inaccurately describing.

Which is actually a real problem, because they know that 40% of the country actually doesn't see what's happening, leaving them free to lie their asses off about it.  As long as Fox News has people convinced that it's the only place to come for "real news," this is only going to get worse.  Especially when MSNBC and CNN don't exist in another year or two.

Turbo.  Fucked.

If Goldberg has the goods, he needs to release them now. I respect that he didn't include the so called war plant texts initially to protect national security, but if they are gonna lie you have to drop them now (with redactions if necessary).

Fuck these traitors.

From the other thread and regarding the above conversation as to whether using the platform was intentionally to avoid FOIA exposure, I think the answer is a very obvious yes. It wasn't just convenience, it was to avoid transparancy, which is a common theme throughout almost everything this administration and its supporters do on every issue. The outrage isn't so much about a common mistake of adding the wrong person to the text chain, it's that fucking war planning was happening on a fucking text app in the first place regardless of encryption, etc. I'm no military guy but it seems that when planning top secret military strikes that convenience should be of very little concern? My job routinely has in person meetings for certain important high level topics for many reasons none of them having to do with national security. And isn't this from the people who are railing against "remote" work? Maybe it doesn't have to be in a bunker somewhere, but at least an inperson discussion in a physical conference room? The fact that this mistake was even possible is the underlying issue, and the reason they were using the platform is highly relevant, and it was to avoid transparency.

Yeah, I don't think anyone's missing that -- it's just that there are a lot of levels of shock to unpack here.  Most people are still on, "They directly caused the biggest intelligence failure in US history after all that shit about Hillary's email server, and they're still trying to downplay it with a straight face?"

The intentional treason part is gonna take a minute to process for a lot of folks because it's underneath the epic fuckup.

I just want to know how this is actually Joe Biden's fault.  Please, Jesse Watters, help me understand, you mannequin-brained mouthpiece of shit.

Good one.

“We have to move on”

The story broke yesterday. You fuckers kept the Hillary email shit going for years. And that was absolutely nothing compared to this. But he knows that.

Folks, now is not the time for partisan politics, please do not forget that a trans athlete is playing D3 volleyball in Oregon!

Why would his mobile device autofill the contact of a journalist at a rag lib publication?
