March 23Mar 23 Looks like 3 at the back - McKenzie on the left, CCV at CB, Scally on the right with TA and McKennie in front.
March 23Mar 23 That's better. Luna needs to be a fixture going forward. Sick talent and he's playing his ass off unlike most of this team right now.
March 23Mar 23 Much better. And CP10 needs to realize he doesn't have to dribble through the entire Canadian back line.

You can’t get in without a ticket and them thar rich Mexicans, who have gotten rich by stealing “bl***jobs” have bought up all the tickets. What’s REALLY embarrassing is that this game isn’t even on regular Univision, it’s on UniMás! Now THAT is embarrassing!
March 23Mar 23 Is it me, or does Agyemang just seem a little clumsy? Not a graceful, fluid center forward.
March 23Mar 23 The TUDN game where they put a white celeb on screen then guess if they are Canadian or American is fucking hilarious.
March 23Mar 23 Luna belongs here and it’s embarrassing it’s taken this long to get him some run. Dude plays with attitude this team so desperately lacks.
March 23Mar 23 I can't believe that ref blew it for halftime with McKennie about to take a throw in even with the box.
March 23Mar 23 LOL bye Jesse. That was a great play from Arfsten. Better than anything Scally did all half. We can talk about results but I love how aggressive Poch is with his subs and how he makes everyone in the pool earn playing time. You don't want to play hard? K. Come have a seat.

Gerg had his coaching issues but Poch has inherited the same dogshit back there just like I said a new coach would. CCV isn't a serious player for this team. Scally looked like he didn't even want to be out there in the first half. I don't even know who the fuck #17 is. It's ironic because that used to be what helped us level the playing field against more advanced teams. We had good, physical CBs and FBs that played their asses off and kept more gifted players in check. I'm not sure what happened to that but it's a glaring issue right now.
March 23Mar 23 Lol this White dude is a fucking joke. What a depressing window. Pulisic should have stayed in Milan.
March 23Mar 23 Low energy effort. Low skill level display. Low soccer IQ on the pitch way too many times.
March 23Mar 23 I wasn’t watching earlier, but I have seen enough in the last 15 minutes to state with confidence… MAX ARFSTEN SUCKS. Update: BRIAN WHITE SUCKS TOO. Edited March 23Mar 23 by Napoleon

March 23Mar 23 I would be down with that ref. 🥰 I like thicc ref ladies. From Florianopolis, Brazil 16 years ago at an Avai match… Chica on left.👆 MAXARFSTENShe could run with those slightly chubby little short legs, but she couldn’t hide that dumper. 😍🤤 Edited March 24Mar 24 by Napoleon
March 24Mar 24 Feels like Poch is weeding out the pool and finding his guys but there's no excuse to be this bad in the process. A lot of this - if not most of it - is on the players. Show up and play like you give a shit. Outside of Puli and Luna today I barely saw any of that. That said - this was a crappy roster going in and a lot of these guys should not be seeing minutes in comps. White, Arfsten, #17 what's his name, CCV, Tessman - if we are giving guys like that serious minutes in '26 we are fucked. Scally was horrendous. Reyna was awful. Have some fucking pride in the shirt ffs. We'll try again next time. Our 2nd best player missing a window shouldn't be an excuse to play this bad. 5 minutes ago, Napoleon said: I would be down with that ref. 🥰 Oh yeah. Best part of the game even though I'd give her maybe a C+ on the night. I'd give her a D- any night if you know what I'm saying.
March 24Mar 24 Not really his fault but can we end the CCV experiment? Such a limited player. No height, no speed, and not a great passer. We have got to sort out the defense and GK situation. I know injuries hurt us this week, but I would have loved to see Richards and McKenzie get a shot. I’ve had enough of Turner if he’s not playing consistent club ball. Goals weren’t really his fault today, but he’s terrible passing the ball and a big reason we get trapped in the back. Luna needs to stay but that’s about the only positive I see out these two games.

March 24Mar 24 35 minutes ago, The Dog said: Agreed. Remember when a bunch of rag tag MLS dudes went into the World Cup in 2002 and had the second best team in the world on the ropes in the Quarterfinals and Germany had to get bailed out by a terrible ref call to advance... Feels like ages ago and we havent even sniffed that level of success again. The passion is gone.
March 24Mar 24 Author I feel like someone else called this team soft - and they really are. I know @Zepol87 called me out for pointing some of this at Gregg. And at this point it is fully on Poch and these guys. BUT I will point at Gregg for this. This team was under him for 6 years. And in that time he made this team soft. He didn't challenge anyone. He didn't make people earn their spots, he gave everyone what they had. And it's carrying over to these guys now. It's changed at times with an infusion of new blood. I mean Balogun did come in and play with a lot more fire than others. We also saw it a little when the team has their interim coaches in 2023. But when they brought back Gregg we got the same old, same old. The USSF wants a soft team, they got it. But now this is on Poch. He has to give this team some identity. I know it's only been like ... what 8 games? and only 6 with the A team, but he has to fix this fast. Because 2026 is coming in hot and it's not looking good.

You say soft but that euro shit that you wanted and you only love Poch with his Euro backing.
March 24Mar 24 Author I only saw part of the dust up, but frankly I would rather see Gio being pissed about losing than the other stuff we're seeing from this team.

How shitty is our pool that two different head coaches now have been all in on Matt Turner, who has toured around to every club in Europe at this point and can't get playing time at any of them? Supposedly a nice guy and all, but god damn, GK used to be a strength for us.

I would just assume give Steffan another shot since he's actually playing.
