Alright everybody, today presents a big test for our guys against a high scoring Florida team that beat Tennessee by 30, yet just lost to Missouri at home. A W today would put our guys on the right track. An L would keep the RT train on its current path out of Austin and back to a UTEP level coaching gig.

ESPN computers give us a 31% chance of victory. The spread is Florida -10.5 and the over/under is 153.5. KenPom says we lose 81-71.

Take the points and maybe the over? Hook 'em!

Florida looked pretty physical on the inside the one time I watched them.  Expecting a bloodbath.

When the hell did the sec become the best basketball conference?? Seems like every damn team is ranked

I fear for Shedricks shoulders.

Just don’t get blown out at home on national tv. Terry please.

This feels like Rodney’s last stand.   Lose this and the season unravels and he’s gone.

No, the Missouri and A&M home games that follow will determine if the season is unraveling.

We aren’t at home

One thing apparent watching conference ranked rivals is this Texas team really has no real point guard.

31% chance of winning?  Pssh.  People think I'M an optimist.  We're gonna get rolled.

Well, damn. RT already assuaging our concerns.

As a side note, two coaches for UF (HC Golden, assistant and alum Green) are currently under Title IX investigations for sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking and cyberstalking multiple women — including students, as well as sexual assault, respectively.

The computers love us over at ESPN

And neither suspended pending the investigation bc Floriduh law

We’re going to get mauled for most of the game and then when Florida loses interest we’ll get within 10 points late. Then we’ll read bullshit articles about a “gutsy” comeback against a top 5 team. Rinse and repeat.

These days in Florida they might get raises if found guilty of the behavior

Hand checking encouraged by UF Coaching staff.

Texas will have to shoot a high percentage for the entire game and not have a scoring drought for multiple minutes. Have to win the turnover battle.

Foul trouble is a real possibility in this game with the physical play of Florida for Texas.

Probably going to again get killed on the boards.

This isn't OU that refused to take control of that game when Texas tried over and over to give it to them. It doesn't look good.

Shades of OU so far, ugly basketball on both sides.

This favors Texas, might need an occasional rebound though.

Keep Onyema in and Shedrick on the bench

Till he fouls out, which might be the first half, it's what he does.

I’m surprised ESPN so openly brought up both Green and Golden being under investigation

Tommy Chong sighting behind Texas basket?

This shit is ugly. Heading out to dinner with the family and not gonna miss watching this beatdown

Come on Vogel, Texas went 7 + minutes without scoring against OU and won.

But this isn't OU, Florida isn't playing well at all and still leading.

Pretty bad when I can’t find the game on car radio in Austin

4:50 dinner?

Anything wrong with that?

Dribble drive buckets just never stop. Pope getting abused and then our bigs in foul trouble can't stop it, if they could anyway.

Even take Pope out for possibly the last Florida possession and Larry lets the same guy go right by him for a layup, turrible.

Only down 7 after a 15-0 run. Okay.
