Because you're all interested, the AL and MLB record for grounding into DPs is 174 by the 1990 Red Sox.

Something to shoot for!

What are the chances White doesn't ground into a double play?

Stros have a shot at it, but they'll have to step it up.  They're at .94 a game before the 3 today.  Last year, KC led the league at .99 a game.  Toronto was at .94 a game last year also. This year, the Astros are lapping the field.  Baltimore's .84 DPs per game is in second place.

Yuli tried to help the double play numbers but instead decided to get an rbi single for some reason

4 DPs now.  The record is still in reach.  4 a game from here on out and they can make it insurmountable.

I believe the record for most in one game is 7. We can tie it!

Getting in late, what happened to peaCOCk? Valdez is looking very good so far.

You're not being very optimistic.  Mariners can tie this up and we break the record in extra innings.

Valdez is coming

Damn, no chance for a double play this inning.

Also - Valdez is a great surprise.

Yeah, Valdez is looking good so far other than the hit by pitches.

Nothing
Just a desire not to stretch our Peacock more than what he’s used to in the bullpen, lefty heavy lineup for Seattle tonight, was Valdez’ regularly scheduled night to start for CC.

Pleez tell me someone can make a gif of Harris freezing the runner on the pickoff.

That's a classic deer-in-headlights move.

This is getting rigawdamdiculous
