Yeah.  What the hell was she trying to do?  At first, I was thinking "suicide by flames", but then she tried to put it out once it lit.

Vacant building used by squatters-

Quote

Some 50 families had moved into the building in the Largo do Paissandu area of the city after the federal police force, which had been using it, vacated it some years ago.

The São Paulo newspaper Estadão reported that makeshift living compartments in the building had been constructed from wood, aiding the spread of the blaze through the floors.

Firefighters evacuated the high-rise but as they were taking out the last of the residents the building collapsed, killing one man. One firefighter was injured, Estadão reported.

If that's a 'partial' collapse, then I only 'partially' laid waste to your mom.

This has got to be, has to be, must be, can only be, from either China or Russia (or some former nation that one of those "superpowers" govern)...

The cop says in the video that he had his finger on the trigger and was ready to fire before this guy seperated the suspect from his gun. Another cop said the same thing. The "good samaritan" saved the dipshit's life by tripping him.

Two things I find surprising.  One, it only took one shot, two,(maybe not surprising) the cop seemed terrified.

It took two shots and . . .
