After seeing recent campaign photos for Trump and Cruz, I am beginning to think ending Medicare and Social Security may not be a bad thing.

Was Merrick Garland falsely accused of attempted rape? I think his reaction would have been considerably different if he had. The average American and the GOP base have loved Kavanaugh’s full throated defense of his good name. Read the comments to his op-ed. The vast majority are in complete support unlike here. Trump and Kavanaugh fight back and are not going cowered by the leftist media and their agenda. That’s why both are tremendously popular with Republicans voters. They don’t fall into the hands of their enemies. Brett Kavanaugh is a hero of mine and to the base.

Single payer is socialism REEEE. Now where's my Medicare? I already got mine and will be dead soon, fuck everyone else in America.

Yet you think he's going to be impartial as a justice...

And while we are at it, curtailing the quota of retarded Iranians allowed into the country may not be a bad thing either.

NI still don't understand why we had to go through this circus.  Trump had a fucking home run pick in Barrett.  Young, conservative, clean as a whistle, and you know the Dems can't say shit about a woman.  She breezes through the process, the SC is locked down, and Trump gets brownie points for getting another female on the Court.

Yet somehow we got sucked into this shit storm because even when you tee it up perfectly for Trump he still manages to trip over his own dick.  What is Kavanaugh going to do for Trump on the SC that Barrett wouldn't?  The whole idea that the President can pardon themselves?  Even if Kavanaugh is willing to stoop that low, there are eight other judges that won't.  The only thing that makes any sense to me is that Trump is trying to push a damaged nominee through now while he has the votes and saving Barrett in case Ginsburg croaks.

Barrett is considered to be more of a social conservative and more of a threat to Roe v. Wade. I think that was a big consideration that she’d have a tougher time to get confirmed. Kavanaugh had impeccable credentials and reputation until his accuser crawled out of the rock she came out of. She put this man and his family through hell for a 36 year old attempted groping at worst. The worst that happened most likely if this ever did occur is that he drunkenly fell on top of her and was more like horseplay like KIDS do. Accusing  him to br a rapist was just awful.

Some of you still really think Ford went through all that (along with a few other accusers) just to lie because of team politics? Just come out and say you're supporting this no matter what even if he's a sexual assaulter, quit bullshitting us.

I don't know her motivations, but I do think she is either lying or is confused.

I would not support him I he was proven to be a sexual assaulter.

Impeccable is a bit strong.  He had a paper trail a mile wide and 10 miles long.  The GOP spent almost all of August burying it/denying Dem requests. The truth is, Trump was urged to pick Hardiman or Kutledge, but he's obsessed with Ivy League pedigree and went with Kavanaugh.

His RECORD as a DC circuit judge presiding over 300 cases proves he has been.

The woman must absolutely not give one flying fuck about her family if she had to move because of death threats. Seems completely logical, or actually it seems more likely that Kavanaugh assaulted several women and barely has any recollection because he's a drunk given all the evidence of former high school and college peers stating on the record that he drank a lot.

His religious beliefs (or lack thereof) have nothing to do with whether criticism of him is antisemitic.

lol at using the comments on a WSJ op-ed as a gauge of public sentiment.

Or she's absolutely flying fucking psychotic bitch.  You don't forget every fucking detail, have your story rebutted by every person you claim was there (including your "best friend) and wait 36+ years to come forward unless you are looking to take someone out.

No it doesn't, and you know this.

A devil's triangle is when two men have sex with one woman/man at the same time - one having oral sex and the other having vaginal or anal sex to create a "devil's" triangle shape. That's literally the only meaning of that phrase.

Also, boofing is not farting. It's anal sex. Again, boofing has never meant farting

Quote

Oh, and in the devil's triangle, i failed to mention that the two men are high-fiving each other to connect the shape of the triangle. I didn't want you to be confused because then it would just sorta look like a Devil's cup or a bowl.

It's also known as an Eiffel Tower.

Cold pragmatism and self-interest without principle led to Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, and Donald Trump.  The gunfighter needs the sentiment and the sentiment needs the gunfighter.

Look, missy.  The real problem in American society is NOT that 25-35% of women have been victims of sexual assault.  The REAL problem is the tiny number of false allegations of sexual assault (and also, every allegation of sexual assault that doesn't have corroboration -- so, you know, MOST of them, as most sexual assault happens in a private place between two people).  WON'T SOMEONE THINK OF THE MEN? IT'S NEVER BEEN A MORE DANGEROUS TIME TO BE A MAN.

They didn't rebut her story. They said they didn't remember. Those are two very different things.

^ Kav couldn't keep that straight in his testimony.

A bit off topic at this point, but am I the only one who had never heard the term Devil's Triangle before this?  I know of a devil's threesome, is that supposed to be the same thing? Has anyone here referred to a devil's threesome as a devil's triangle?

I must have thunderstruck her sensibilities because she is apparently unable to respond.

Flake pisses me off the most because he's almost certainly doing this so he can have a cushy job giving paid talks to truly principled conservatives and McConnell would have worked to prevent that. It's not like he could have grew a spine, do something right for women for once, and tried to make an honest living after he retired.

They did, however, manage to avoid having a complete hysterical partisan meltdown in front of the United States Senate and the nation.

Can’t get over the fact that an obviously anti-Semitic conspiracy theory (and one that is a staple among Eastrern European fascists) is conservative orthodoxy now.  Fucking NRO now runs (((Soros)))) articles.

I read Ben's Ass's book as a "you read this and I'll read that" trade with a co-worker. I'm sure it'd be the same "participation trophies are bad, compromise and decorum are good!" garbage.

(The other guy said he read The Conquest of Bread, but he clearly hadn't.)
