Winfield approaching Antico level for a starting transfer that was expected to hit well.

It took a pretty long time, but Antico turned it around and was that expected good hitter.

Not so sure about Winfield, but it could happen.

Messinger was way worse than Antico for the first half of the season, then something clicked. There's still hope.

Tommy Frasier scores for Texas according to the announcer.

He needs to go challenge Arch Manning in Spring practice.

Yeah, but Winfield reminds me more of Antico, being a lefty hitter.

I believe it was mid March for Antico to get rolling.

I can let him slide today, since we are getting help for everyone else.

Really good outing by Volantis.

Dartmouth was better than I thought they would be.

Atrocious offense.  Good college pitchers.

Will be interesting to see how Dartmouth does as the season goes on and in the Ivy League, where they finished 7th in that 8 team league.

JFC how do you find these?

I use a dedicated VPN back to my house in Birmingham and 9 e of the IP TV dervices, but they don't get SEC+. Do you have an IPTV provider you like? Mines only like $16/month and gets me basketball and baseball pretty reliably.

They have some interesting arms but can’t hit worth a lick. Also have to remember their Friday starter left the game pointing to his elbow.

I don’t see how they finish in the top half of any conference and they will likely have a RPI in the 200’s. Dropping one this weekend would have really hurt.

yeah that site is a handy bookmark.

It helps if you know the owner. He is ft420 there. I got him to come over and promote the site and he provided FloSports streams for that entire Shriners Tournament on this sitel.

I have known him for a long time.

I used to get him Longhorn Network pirate streams when they were hard to get.

They have been around a long time under different site names.

They would get taken down and then pop back up. They have a permanent place now.

The staff over there and the owner are IT tech guys that know their stuff.

People really should join and support that site if possible.

I am Horn60 there, the people are great guys.

Dominant win. We missed opportunities to crack the game open offensively during each game, but giving up 6 runs over a weekend will always work.

Lets hope Dartmouth is good.

Hook 'em 🤘

I am ready for Vegas next weekend. Oh and also to catch some Texas Baseball.

Just too early to see how their offense will be.  They have had zero, repeat, zero outdoor practices so far.  It is easier to simulate pitching indoors than hitting (backgrounds and such).

Got there late but such a nice day today (in more ways than one) compared to Friday/Saturday.

Good crowd, perfect weather, and a series sweep (ALWAYS great no matter who the Horns are playing). 🤘

Can't wait for Tuesday night.

Oddly this weekend makes me feel worse about the current team than last weekend, despite the sweep.  But at least we didn’t manage to lose one of them (unlike a certain #1 teams in the country) and this year is about getting better, not starting great.

This weekend’s series gives Schloss a lot of info on this team…I think we will look better in our next series.
