Maybe because he mistook the directional schools these girls played at as D3 institutions? Regardless, it's 3 fucking girls out of over 5000. Why do you give a shit?

This is what I find so hilarious about our DT posters who rag on aggy. Oh, so you have identical beliefs concerning economics, race, religion, education, taxation, politics, and social issues as aggy,

I don’t.  I assume you all wouldn’t want to be spreading misinformation.  You know the thing you all repeatedly piss down your legs about.

Do you contend that most right-wing "misinformation" is an honest mistake?

Yup, no big deal to the 5000 women who worked their ass off to achieve a significant life goal.  They can screw right off, right?

Misinformation is "trans people are taking over women's sports" when they are less than half a percent of the population. Quit being a dumb ass. If you are going to argue at least find a topic worth arguing about.

Ok, I’ll be sure to run levels by you for future authorization of concern

Trans women in women's sports might be the biggest non-issue in the history of non-issues, but boy howdy does it rile up the mouth breathers.

Yup. No big deal at all. Especially to my kid who as it happens was recruited by that very same San Jose State to play the very sport that you think girls are supposed to be up in arms about. The only reason she isn't playing there is because I am not paying 3k a month for that school. She had no issue with a trans girl being there. So if she doesn't why the fuck do you? Oh I know. You are afraid you might get your dick hard while watching some transwoman in spandex and what that might mean for you right?

If any of this is true you know damn well the difference between D1 athletic participation and D3 is huge to athletes who have literally worked their whole life to achieve goals.

All that other shit you’re on about is on you and has nothing to do with anything I have posted.

Out of the 5,000 athletes who have worked their whole lives to achieve goals, how many of them have been adversely affected by trans women in their respective sports?

Since this thread has gone off the rails from The Trump Economy, I'd like to point out that there are so so very many ways in which women's lives are adversely affected in an economic sense that have NOTHING to do with the very small percentage of citizens who happen to be transgender and specifically male to female transgender. Employment, health care, education, child care, domestic violence, etc. Seems like those issues have a much broader and systemic effect over a woman's lifetime and after many strides were made over the last fifty years are facing a very real threat.

We're not talking about a revenue sport with much in the way of pro career implications, except at the very tippy top of D1, which is sort of a prereq to Team USA/Olympics, but is far from a guarantee.  At 3/5000, they're not taking spots from anyone with those kind of aspirations.

At lower levels, it might mean a partial scholarship or admission to a school where it might otherwise be dicey, but after that, it's the love of the game and any possible career/resume enhancements that stem from being a student-athlete.

At some level, there is a potential competitiveness issue, but it's not widespread enough to worry about.  Now, if a team shows up with an RS, MB, and OH running 6-6, 6-7, and 6-8 that have the ability of Logan Eggleston, Madi Skinner, and Asjia O'Neal, then we can start to worry about competitiveness.

I thought this was the economy thread.

It is. Here’s the conservative take on the economy: you can buttfuck our entire economy to oblivion, till half of America is subsisting on soup made of raked leaves, so long as you ensure that 3 trans athletes don’t play college volleyball.
Total economic collapse? TOTALLY WORTH IT IF WE STOP THREE EVIL TRANNIES!!!!!!
Seriously. That’s where we are, and yes, it’s entirely related to the economy. Because Trumpkins SAID they were totally upset about inflation and the price of eggs, but as we plainly see from just the past month, that was a fucking lie. All that matters is that Trump will punch down and be cruel to anyone they see as “the other,” and they don’t give 1 millionth of a crap about the economy.
The economy doesn’t matter. At all. Not even a little bit. We’ll happily destroy our entire system so long as the mean part of our brainstem keeps getting stimulated.

SEC: If it isn't SEC football who cares?

SEC Mouth Breathers: Insignificant activity in a mid-major conference in a non-revenue woman's sport. Suddenly, I care.

Totally depends on the position. The at the net positions tend to offer more money than the others. So if your kid is good and playing one of those then they will likely get the full amount. Defensive players have to be really really good to get money. They find ways to take care of you though. If your grades are good they get you on an academic. Also, different schools have different levels of funding all the way up to 12 scholarships.

Receipts sir. No need to lie to you. As I said, the kid committed to another school but SJSU wanted her as you can see.

To close the discussion and get back to the economy. All of this was much to do about nothing. Very few volleyball players gave a shit about any of this except a few very loud ones who likely came from Trumpy families. Why? Last year my kid played about 14 tournaments. Two tournaments in Dallas. One in Austin. One in Spokane, Vegas, Reno, Chicago, and Orlando. 5 tournaments in Houston too. Most of those tournaments are in convention centers that have at least 100 courts going at the same time. On each court there is pool play consisting of 4 teams. Tournaments go on like that for 3-4 days. My kid has been playing and traveling like that since she was 12, and she has never seen a single trans girl volleyball player in her life. Neither has anyone we know, and by this age all these girls know each other and train together.

So drop the subject because its a nothingburger. Just hate rhetoric used to win an election.

But thatguy, they're just so icky that even this tiny problem demands a governmental response.

And yeah, I'm gonna say this on a Texas sports site:  it's just a game people.

Quite literally I will say that none of this matters. Not UT athletics, not high school football, not any of the things we enjoy watching. The only thing that MATTERS in this life is how you treat others. That is it. You do not have to be a religious person to treat others with dignity. You are what matters. What is important is how I treat you and you show that you matter as a human being. We have such an epidemic of selfishness in this country. If the majority of us could just stop and treat other folks like human beings we'd be a much better society. Instead half of this freaking country has gone all gas no brakes on making life a living hell for anyone they can. That usually involves groups that have no ability to fight back. Historically this is ALWAYS what happens when idiots are given power that they will not use for the greater good.

One day this cult of idiocy will disintegrate. When I don't know, but history shows this never works out. It might get ugly, but this will not work out long-term. In the meantime if you aren't in this cult filled with morons go and find someone today and do something nice for them. Just do your small part to make things better because all you can do is all you can do.

Hey dumbfuck, you've had days to reply to simple questions, during which time you've been posting here plenty. Pussy ass coward, like all Trumpers. Fucking joke.

I think the economy will be greatly boosted by starting a massive security sector to train bathroom monitors for women's restrooms nationwide to prevent trans-anythings from invading them and making our wimins uncomfortable or fearful for their lives.

There could also be a great boom in companies who will research all the prospective bathroom monitors to make sure they're not trans-anythings.

Next, prison construction for the bathroom monitor arrests: Not of trans-anythings, but for monitors who peep at the women peeing.

The trans phobia will only be broadcast when they've got something else they wish to either obscure, deflect, or gain votes/support from.

However, the two topics above are pretty much policy and in place. W/respect to it affecting the economy, it will be a short term gain with long term negative consequences, IMO.

All that other shit you’re on about is on you and has nothing to do with anything I have posted.

We’re talking about the very obvious and grim reality that this lying shit-weasel of a president and his chickenshit little circle jerk of economic “advisers” are going to lead this country straight into a recession at the very best, full-on depression at the very worst, and you just will not shut the fuck up about 3 NCAA athletes at inconsequential programs with marginal inputs on insignificant games. That’s just fucking cowardly and goddamned shameful.

You really need to stop because you’re getting the absolute fuck kicked out of you and you’re acting like you’re dunking on everyone. You haven’t dunked shit. You ain’t about that life. And speaking of things you need to quit doing, stop using the word “leftist.” You haven’t the foggiest clue of what that means, or really anything about the political spectrum for that matter.

The Trump economy he inherited the first go round was unbelievably strong, especially in job production.  Obama inherited the biggest mess any President inherited in our lifettime.  The GOP let the economy flounder, because they did not want to pass legislation that would fix the mess the GOP created.  Instead, they did a bandaid, bill, to have the first thing Obama had to do was pass like a $600 billion dollar bill to stabilize and start rebuilding the economy.  Just 8 years earlier George W. Bush inherited an economy that was procuding a surplus.  Rather than allow the surplus to hit the books Bush and the GOP, decided paying down the debt was a bad idea.

Trump inherits strong economy. GOP passes massive debt bill, disingenuously sunsetting ONLY the individual tax cuts, and making permanent the corporate tax cuts.  This allowed the GOP to like about their real intentions of blowing a massive, massive hole int he deficit, with a cutoff that they never wanted to happen. But they did not want the American people to know the devastating long term costs of the legislation.  But when you create massive deficits for tax cuts, without trying to invest wisely in the economy... you end up with the GOP handing off a fiscal mess to the Dem.

Just once in my life I would like to see a GOP President that had control of congress for at least 2 years of their term, hand off an economy stronger than the one they inherited.

Despite the eternal bluster to the contrary, GOP Presidencies have left more mess than progress at the end of their terms.  I expect a Cabinet full of the least qualified yes men we have ever seen will perform worst than past GOP presidencies.  So I am betting huge against the market this time.  Not going to miss an opportunity to profit from a combination of GOP delusion on economics, combined with the least competent cabinet ever assembled.  I hate that I view the US as a poorly run company.
