Soooo.... Elephant in the room.  If Huntmiller didn't pay up front, everyone moved up a spot, yes?  I'm cool either way.  Just curious.

If that’s the case, it’s a 3rd place finish for ctj, baby!

Indeed. Not to put more work on you Big Orange, but is it possible to remove brackets that didn’t pay in case those in the running are trying to hedge?

Not often you pick 3/4 F4 teams, national championship teams, and national champion all correct and are still (barely) out of the money.

Congrats to the winners!

i hate to do that just because i don't want to accidently remove someone who paid. i can be better about posting updates in terms of the leaderboard and who has/hasn't paid.

there is no surly username for huntmiller - so i'm not exactly sure what the handle is or how to contact whoever's entry it is.  i think most of the money transfered from the various places people paid is supposed to hit my account tomorrow.  sooo, if your entry was huntmiller please contact me and let me know whether or not you paid your entry fee.

ok, here is where we are on this.  hunt miller paid me yesterday.  that doesn't really work for me so my plan is to send the payment back and then payout the top 3 people who paid before the tournament began.  i don't want to set a precedent of people waiting until they see how they finish before paying their entry fee.

can a few who are not monetarily affected by this let me know if you agree with my line of thinking?

Excellent idea. Maybe if he reached out to you before the tournament about having trouble paying (no venmo or something like that), then I could understand him getting paid. But if there was no communication before the tourney, he shouldn't get paid.

Yeah that's a pretty clear rule. What are the odds that he wouldn't have paid at all had he not placed? You wouldn't have thought twice about it.

Them be the breaks, give it to the next in line. I’d have no problem if you refunded his money but others may not share that pov.

I just saw this but yes that is fair.  Pay before the tourney begins.  There was plenty of warning.
