We just had a perfect baseball weekend. We go home with a sweep, and aggy goes to the locker room with a broom handle sticking out of their ass. Time for a nice dinner, more booze, and a movie with th

Zonk is doing this radio broadcast solo.

Did he say why at the beginning of the broadcast?

It can't be Crystal being cheap.

That one isn't going to make MSST's end of season highlight reel.

That one isn't, either. Lmao.

Mendoza with the kind of at bat, others need to take.

Take the pitch where it is, if that means the other way, do it.

That's a nasty breaking ball. Can't blame the hitters all that much. Giving a few a ride, but just missing it.

Max is just awful up there right now

Swings at a ball over his head.  Then all of sudden it's two strikes.  Don't swing and it's 2-1.

Horrible state fielding, and even worse camerawork..... They weren't even interested in a Texas runner at 3B, so there was no camera on the baserunner. ("Texas baserunners on 3B aren't important, our homer audience doesn't want to see that.")

You just see the runner come home without knowing why, if you have the video muted.

Then they show a further-back shot which also jumps around so you can barely tell what happened.

Bush-League production, which matches the location!

All true, however the announcers aren't as awful as I thought they'd be.

How do you not move up on that?

You run right away, and Galvan had no shot.

Huh?

I would not have let him face the righty but easy to say that now

Almost looked like Max double clutched that throw and STILL almost got him.

Ball is by and behind Galvan.

You're leading off with momentum toward second.

He would have had to throw against his body, either have to get up or throw from his knees.

Doesn't matter now.

Come up throwing, dumbass!

Can't hesitate on that throw, you have to come up firing.

I thought that at first but on replay it looks like he needed the hesitation to deliver it the way he did. I'll take that over him throwing it over the catcher and letting 2 score.

The production has been fine, and the setting is fucking great.   You're just looking for shit to bitch about.

Nope, it's total shit, just like the location it's originating from. You're just looking to bitch at anyone for fun.

It's definitely NOT "the Carnegie Hall of College Baseball" as they bloviate about.  Lulz.

The location definitely makes it lipstick on a pig.
