So what the fuck am I supposed to do all day?

MFG wind today! I MFG raked leaves of the “neighborhood” that I’d already done a week ago. SA has these brown bags for leaf/grass clean up that they pick up about twice a year. Well I now have twelve for them lining my backyard fence.

We just had a perfect baseball weekend. We go home with a sweep, and aggy goes to the locker room with a broom handle sticking out of their ass. Time for a nice dinner, more booze, and a movie with th

way too quick on cancelling todays game

going to be some damn good baseball tomorrow

Did Starkville end up getting any heavy weather yesterday?  I saw that there were a half dozen fatalities some 150-230 miles south of there.

No.  Some rain, but as noted above they could’ve played a game.  Storms appeared to have passed by to the west & east.  Starkville was the hole in the donut.

Ah, the Mississippi forcefield.  Austinites are familiar with the concept.

Is state playing some gamesmanship B.S. with this? Seems odd what they are doing. Seems like the sec is filled with a bunch of pussies.   God I hate the sec. Fuck aggy for screwing the conference realignment up.

… and what type of gamesmanship would you have called it had disaster struck Starkville with thousands of people in a concentrated outdoors location?

Yep. Better safe than sorry. I don’t think the SEC or MSST cares you didn’t get to watch Texas yesterday. Bc the alternative was worse

Two softball games yesterday and two baseball games today.   Its a good Horns watching weekend!   If I can just get the wife to quit adding things to my list of things to do, it will be even better.

Oxford and Starkville are 90 miles apart and they played in Oxford, because they waited instead of cancelling early.

90 miles can be a dramatic difference in weather, so the point I’m making is why not wait longer like they did and get more accurate weather information?  It’s not like football where there are tens of thousands that travel in for games a day early.

Have they announced revised game times today?

Thank you. This was my point. I didn’t spell it out clearly for the jump to conclusions people.

See above a reasonable explanation

my post was two fold I suppose. Should have clarified that I guess.
1). fuck aggy and the sec.
2) why cancel so early? I mean I looked at the free radar shit and saw there might be a chance. And fuck the sec. Yes games aren’t more important then human lives. That’s silly to make that leap from my post. JesUS

Then proofread before posting what reasonable people could interpret as silly.

It’s hopium at this point but it sure would be nice if Winfield could take control of the LF job.

That plus Schuessler getting hot would be nice

It's Belyeu that needs to get back to his usual form.

It will happen, but the sooner the better.

Craig just said this doubleheader will be the cheapshit twin 7-inning games.

That's the reason a Friday doubleheader didn't happen. This helps shit SEC teams that have dumpster-fire bullpens.

--Also, Craig said the SEC rule, that no one found until now, says Friday doubleheaders are prohibited unless the forecast says 80%+ rain for Saturday and Sunday.

While we are asking for nice things with the hitting, it would be nice if they could all stagger their slumps such that there is always a solid offensive output.

Rather see slumps now than in May. Also, there were a lot of empty parking spaces in that first aerial shot.

I’m just taking a leap based off nothing you said in your post…

Why not start the games at 11am so we don’t have to play Little League rules today?

Because this little stupid shit protects shitty SEC baseball teams with shitty bullpens.

Max dominated by guy with a 62 IQ. At least that's my guess for someone who attended community college in MS. Terrible inning.
