July 6Jul 6 Get that damn broom out!! Winning with our back ups back ups. Love seeing them play all out when they get the opportunity. Fuck the Dodgers.
July 6Jul 6 The mariners don’t allow a run to the pirates this weekend. And are still 7 back. they haven’t picked up any ground on us in a month (since June 8).
July 6Jul 6 I know most Dodger fans/press will lean on some combo of: not healthy, still best record in baseball, not a big deal etc etc. Nonetheless after this Astros series, I hope it sets off a series of bad play that sends the Dodgers into a double digit losing streak. July 6Jul 6 If not for one game against the Cubs we would be saying the Rockies were our toughest opponent in that 4 series stretch. Edited July 6Jul 6 by Huckleberry

They were on fire coming in to this series (9-1 L10). they also no longer have the best record in the majors (tigers do). We’re still a half game behind LA due to the bullpen fuckery in Colorado Edited July 6Jul 6 by UTexasFight

Astros ain't healthy either. Yordan Pena Pitching staff, even though they are killing it, there is mega- talent on the DL.
July 6Jul 6 Can't stand MLB, espn and national sports media. The bias is so painfully there they don't want astros to be recognized in anyway. Swept LA in LA let's talk about about how astros are trotting out minor leaguers and have just 8-1 to division leaders. Nope let's talk about ohtani pitching 2 innings on his birthday. Screw them all and keep the train moving
July 6Jul 6 no tucker no bregman no yordan we have trammell + we have hummel + we have short = better team

Jram just recently moved up to 2nd all time on the Cleveland home run list, so I don't think they will let him leave until he passes Thome in about 1.5 seasons. Kwan is a bit less memorable, since he doesn't have a long of tenure and WS appearance, but either of them will take a ton of assets to acquire due to the length of control. Lindor got them a decent 4 player haul as a 1 season rental with a huge payday due up the next year, I think both Kwan and Jram would be worth a lot more. That said, if Short can keep up his hot streak, then he could be a big piece of that future trade. The Guardians desperately need a SS that doesn't suck in the field. They also need starting pitchers, so if they are going for the long game, maybe someone like Javier could be an interesting option while he rehabs.

Fuck LA, fuck Passan, fuck Jomboy, fuck Greenberg just because he sucks, fuck Manfred, and fuck the people who keep thinking losing Tucker and Bregman were taking the heart away from this team. Maybe, just maybe, the heart and the cojones are still here and they surrounded by guys who have bought in to doing what needs to be done to win.
