I snuck on to the field and did the same thing, spreading my Dads ashes out in RF in 2019. We used to watch 50+ games a year together in section 134. Made me a Stros fan since birth. He had the best s

It's crazy how poorly we play in KC. We just have so many poor approaches, caused mainly by the lack of good hitting coaches.

In a race toward total offensive ineptitude, it's a tight race between these guys and Longhorn softball.

Don't forget aggy baseball

Framber going for the good old CG loss

Losing Bregman or Tucker would have been tough to overcome this season, but losing Bregman AND Tucker is just too much production to replace. Our offense will struggle to score runs in dozens of games this year.

I was told Paredes and Walker would be better?

The way Altuve and Yordan are going, we might be struggling even if those guys were here.

It's amazing what happens when those 2 guys leave Houston and start hitting the shit out of the ball, while we keep bringing in vets and they go into career slumps.

was he standing in the outfield and get hit by a baseball ?

You got it half right. He didn’t get hit by a baseball.

Fire the hitting coach today, because you can’t fire the players right now. Espada’s head next on the chopping block.

Got to make a change.

They aren't firing anyone a game and a half out in April.

Well the hitting coach should have been fired in the offseason, but at least start vetting replacements

Dana:

lack of power: have multiple guys that can give you that not playing to their ability. not too worried.

Lance: good performance, velo is still there; pretty clean. looking for one more good start or so and could be back up at the big league level.   encouraged he picked back where he was after the stomach bug.  wants him to get starts in a row after the break from the bug. if things were more dire with the MLB staff, may bring him up but guys are pitching well now.

Whitley: unfortunate. difficult to see him get hurt again; discouraged to see that again; will know more in coming days.

top 10 in all the major team hitting stats with a ton of injuries

8 pitch walk for Smith. Love seeing that kind of AB from a rookie. More guys need to stay in there and work pitchers to wear them out. Paredes is really good at doing that.
