Gasparino added 15 pounds of muscle and still looks like a bean pole.

He could add a lot more.

Give him the Ken Hackemack weight-gain-diet.... eat everything in sight, plus drink 2 gallons of whole milk, every day.

We are going to play more innings if we let Burns pitch the 7th.

Bring in a strike thrower.

Uh…….no.

Yeah they suck.

Feeling good about the double header tomorrow

Run ruled a Friday in the SEC! I know they’re the worst in conference so far (besides aggy), but it’s on the road.

Hook’em!!!

Going to be a long day tomorrow.

Would like to shave off some innings like tonight.

So we have the possibility of three 7-inning games this weekend?

Nailed it.

That’ll be $9.95, please.

Just slightly disappointed in the fact we didn't get the grand salami tonight.  Mucho opportunity.

Love the win, let's do it again tomorrow twice.

What’s the run rule for 7 inning games

Aggy won, they may be better than somebody in this conference.

I bet texags thinks they are on their way to Omaha again.

Yes, with the DH tomorrow, the Horns need to make game two a short one too. Let’s get out of town manana with brooms boarding the plane.

Hook’em!!!

Does the run rule change in 7 inning games?

Roger Wallace, on the radio call of the game, kept repeating they would both be 9-inning games tomorrow. Is he wrong?

I thought only the Sunday doubleheader games were both 7-inning games.

All conference games in the SEC are subject to the run rule.

Make BOTH games short!

They winned!

I get that reference. Not a name you hear every day!

When they switched to a DH tomorrow, both games are scheduled for 9 innings. Run rule of course can change that.

My old man knew his pop from school.

Ken was a year younger than me, IIRC.

Correct.

That's why I included, in the same post, "All conference games in the SEC are subject to the run rule."

He was like 6' 9" and built like one of those Greek athletes' statue.

He was really cut.

His pop was 6-4/6-5 and wider.

Don’t forget about the steroids.

How often do you see a run rule game on a Friday in SEC play? Curious if anyone can pull that stat.

We've done it in 33% of our SEC series all-time.

I mentioned this before but I think it holds true - my wife pointed out that he'd probably look way less beanpolish except he has a tiny head. Honestly if you look at his arms and legs he's pretty jacked.

If my penis is Will Gasparino, yours is Steven Milam.

This is how Disch Falk was back in my day in the 80's.

I think it switched when Augie took over?  In the 90's when I left Austin it was 1st base side and that is where the hecklers sat... When I came back in the early 2000's for my first home game in a while it was changed..

yeah the Wild Bunch was behind the visitors. if my memory is correct there was some incident with Pete Incaviglia. I know there was during batting practice with him and the Texas players where he challenged them to fights, but I want to say something happened with him and the Wild Bunch. could be wrong. i could be conflating the two things.
