the "Hotel Tonight" app used to be great, and now it sucks

The GF is flying into LAX late tonight.  I don't want her to drive home tired.  I'm going to get her a room and insist that she stays there and drives home tomorrow.

I look on Hotel Tonight for "LAX", and it's giving me a fucking hotel in Camarillo.

60 miles away in the next county?  Sure, sign me the fuck up!

Late notice, but by posting this, the only assumption is that you wanted a Surlist to give here a ride...

If I remember correctly your gf works in the same industry as me.  Too late for last night but Sheraton Gateway LAX has a crew rate of $139 a night taxes and fees included.  Crew-tel is the app most crews use for last minute hotels.  I've never used it, I just use the corporate code in the Marriot or Hilton apps, but lots of other crews use Crew-tel.

Sounds like user error to me.

Set the map to where you want to stay and hit search. Worst case zoom in and select “current map area” and search again.
