Twin Liquors is having their dollar days sale this weekend.   Stock up ladies and gents

Grabbed about 100 bottles. French Bordeaux, burgundy, Italians, a few Spanish, South African, Chile, Lebanon Bordeaux style (supposed to be exquisite), and a few Texas wines.

stars of the show …. Mostly Bordeaux.

what I call our Monday Tuesday wines… our table wines if you will… a case of each of an Oregon Pinot, Italian red, and French Grenache Syrah blend.

Pretty damn good

It’s on the far right of the first pic. Chateaux Muscar… Right under $90 that was the sale price. Seems crazy I even did a double take but the our wine guy was effusive about it especially for our palate. Still a lot of cash but we cook at home a lot and justify it with a nice steak, or short ribs or a bolognese, etc. instead of $300 out we spend $150-175 and dine in but with really good wine.

We found a bunch of great pizza wines too, Italians in the $20-30 price range on sale.

I love the twin dollar sale it’s the only time we buy wine.
