And here I was saving my 100th post for something interesting....well, I guess this is, just not what I was expecting. I had no idea where to put this, so hopefully this works/someone who has a suggestion sees it.

A family member was stopped for speeding yesterday afternoon in Hillsboro while driving back to Austin from Dallas/north Texas. During said stop, they informed this older gentleman (one of the nicest/most honest people I know) that he had an outstanding warrant from Round Rock Police Department for "misdemeanor-duty on striking unattended vehicle". He has no idea what they are talking about and has never been contacted by anyone from the Round Rock Police Department (and there is 0 damage to his vehicle that might indicate he "bumped" into another person's car and not realized it).

As of this morning he is still being held in Hill County--I know it might be unlikely, but does anyone have a criminal attorney contact in that area? (I think that is where we should start) Or should we start with someone in Williamson County? We are all scrambling a bit because this (literally) came out of nowhere and he is older with some health issues. Any/all help and/or suggestions are appreciated....

Clint Broden.  But he might not handle this personally.
