April 13Apr 13 Sheeeiit! That was loud! That massive explosion shook our house way over here in Brushy Creek (west side of Round Rock) - rattle our windows - and everyone came out on our block gawking around. 5 minutes later a Sam Bass FD truck with sirens blaring and lights flashing was speeding around our streets looking for the source . Just looked at Google maps - that house is about 9 miles from our street! Jfc! RIP to any victims. Edited April 13Apr 13 by Armybrat
April 13Apr 13 One theory is propane tank explosion. I live close enough to that house to where I would walk past it daily during Covid as part of my exercise regimen. It was totally rebuilt since it was last sold in 2020.
April 13Apr 13 Friend is a 911 operator, speculative calls coming in include it was a plane or a meteorite

April 13Apr 13 It shook our house in 78729. I thought something heavy had fallen upstairs. We were looking to see what it was until we found out about the explosion

April 13Apr 13 I live close, thought I ran over a basketball and then saw all the neighbors outside. I counted five ambulances, two fire trucks, and countless sheriff’s department vehicles. A ton of neighbors were headed to DK Ranch to watch.
April 13Apr 13 The address of 10407 Double Spur might not be correct. That might be across the street from the collapse. The reason I say that is the last picture above is taken from across the street. 10407 has that rock wall. 10410 did not. Edited April 13Apr 13 by boilerhorn

April 13Apr 13 Yeah the one with the windows blown out looks across the street from the house that just isn’t there anymore.

As others have said windows are blown out frOm houses nearby, and garages mangled. Bizarre
