He managed the 3rd quarter with no fouls so there's that. yea. Hes a hell of a regular season player. just not sold on OKC winning anything if he's the #2.

May 16May 16 Off season trade. I'll say it. Jalen Williams, Aaron Wiggings and some draft picks for Kevin Durant. It works for both sides.
May 16May 16 Popular Post Jalen Williams is going on tour. You can catch him on: 2/13 3/16 5/14 or 5/20 More dates TBA
May 16May 16 Finally they let Strawther get some leash. He can’t defend but the Nuggets offense needs some juice. Braun was awesome tonight. Two days of rest now which can only help Denver.

He's an All Star but if he comes back next year and shits the bed in the playoffs (again) then his value is significantly downgraded. Really, they could get Durant on the cheap at this point. Offer up Jalen for KD and a random draft pick. PHX might take it.
May 16May 16 huge win for my Wolves. instead of game 1 Sunday & game 2 Tuesday with a 4 day break to game 3 Saturday...its now Tues, Thurs, Saturday.

May 16May 16 Odds I'll be able to find somewhere in Iceland to watch game 7? Hopefully it's an afternoon game.

Here’s to hoping he’s not too hindered Sunday.

May 16May 16 What's the hardest part about telling the Williams' duo apart? Finding a reason to.Missed the first quarter because I was sick driving. Listening to the Nuggets announcer differentiate them was funny.

Jordan, Reggie Miller, NBA Finals vs SA and a chance to send defending champs Boston packing on a friday night? Spose Linsanity for a minute. nothing really between 2000-2024
May 16May 16 Author I heard several guys make the point that Jokic doing a 29-14-8 would be the best game ever for most players. For Joker it’s a ho hum game

Prior to last night, his fewest was 16, and the rest of the games were 29, 25, 22, 25 He didn't have to work as hard last night and now gets 2 days off

May 16May 16 Saw this on reddit but it entertains me and need to share this unimportant stat. As of today, before BOS-NYK game 6, in the eastern conference the 1-seed has 1 win, the 2-seed has 2 wins, the 3-seed has 3 wins, and the 4-seed has 4 wins.
May 16May 16 Totally pulling for the Nuggets comeback. Get Jokic a chance to revenge their loss to Minny last year, and another title befitting someone who should probably be a 4 time consecutive MVP. And It may just be my OKC bias...I just don't like a team that acts like it's arrived and done shit, when they haven't made it out the 2nd round ever with this current roster.

They thought he'd disrupt the chemistry of a young team and they're right. Durant has some downsides at this point in his career but scoring isn't one of them. As for Jalen Williams, that's a tough decision. He didn't have a good playoffs last year but that was his first one. This year has been a repeat. If it happens for a third time, then that's what you are and his trade value starts to take a hit. He's a legitimately good all around player. He can do everything on offense and might be one of the most versatile players in the league on defense. They can easily have that with him for another 10 years but will that get them a title? Working with a Durant swap, that's trading a decade of really good for one title. I don't think they'd do it but I promise you that both teams would take the call. Phoenix gets a good pairing with Booker, Jalen likely gets more money there than he would with OKC, Phoenix gets some draft picks, and they just ride out the Beal contract. OKC gets Durant along with Chet and Shai.
May 16May 16 33 minutes ago, Aqua Buddha said: They thought he'd disrupt the chemistry of a young team and they're right. I'm not sure if thats true or not (I'd lean towards it not being an issue) and that's not a good enough excuse if you lose this series. If you swap him and JWill this is over in 5 (assuming KD is healthy although he has been the past couple seasons). As far as chemistry I'm not seeing anything that Durant wouldn't improve - y'all have taken terrible shots all series. Their salaries aren't close to matching though, so I'm not sure how that trade works anyways. As far as JWill goes in general - I get he's a good defender and he stuffs the stat sheet pretty well but his shooting splits in this series are straight up inexcusable so far for a championship 2. He's had misses this series where it's like he's afraid of the basket. I don't know if that gets better or not but as of now I'd be hesitant about giving that guy a max contract. Even in the regular season his TS% was below league average. This might just be who he is. We'll see what G7 brings - maybe he has 30 and y'all cruise. Edited May 16May 16 by ztejas
May 17May 17 I'll give ESPN credit in that I can't decide whether I think Malika, Bob Myers or Perk is the biggest tool on this desk. At least Perk played in the fucking league. Don't tell me it's Bilas tonight.
