I fully expect the Clippers to win tonight and force the series to come back to Denver.  I can’t remember the last time the Nuggets played three good games in a row.

What's wrong with Russillo?  What did he do?

He’s fucking morose and has the personality of an undertaker.

Yea me neither [emoji11]
Will the Celtics ever be fully healthy in the playoffs this year?  I don't think they get by Cleveland without Jrue and KP. Tatum and Brown are always listed with nagging injuries, and Brown missed a lot of games this year. I just don't think they are gonna be full strength during the ECF, and people are going to discount the Cavs run to the Finals because of it.

People have discounted any eastern conference teams run to the finals since the dirk/duncan/Kobe &Shaq/KG days

Prob bc their best teams are almost always horrible.

OKC v. Cleveland Finals, let's do it. I'm sure the NBA is dreaming about it already.

my mom went to vegas in february and asked me what to bet on sports wise- i had her bet on these two to win their conference, so i’m all about this. also, i can’t put my finger on why it is, but i simply cannot embrace this celtics team; never been able to: just don’t like them for some reason. definitely want to see okc in the finals, and would much rather watch spida, mobley, garland, allen, etc than this version of the celtics.

Brown was noticeably better after taking the last 3 games of the season off, so having 6 days between games now is incredibly helpful.
Tatum's bone bruise should be fully healed well before the next series.  Hell, dude avg'd 36/10/6 w/ the injury.
KP just gave us 27mpg.  Not worried about him at all right now...although I do wince every time he goes down.
Jrue is indeed a question mark.  If he plays on Monday, that will be 12 days since his last game, so hopefully that helps w/ his hamstring.

We need someone to tell us whether Jamal’s daughter is in the arena and if Jamal cuts his pregame short because of 90% of his shots going in during his warm up.

As much as I loved Austin sports radio talking about Texas sports all the time, Zach Bye and Phillip Lindsey’s show on the Fan has quickly become a favorite for sports radio.

Feels like the Celtics should be the favorites, but we're all fooling ourselves with the Thunder.

I certainly feel that way, but I'm biased.  That said, OKC took both games from BOS comfortably this year and split last season.

OKC is 2-0 against this year and wasn't completely at full strength either time.  They're a terrible matchup for Boston.  Dort basically shuts down Brown and Jalen Williams takes Tatum.  Their bigs also move well to guard their bigs.

I dont think Booing a certain player like Detroits doing to Brunson has ever worked in the history of the NBA. it just does the opposite of what they intend for it to do

Someone should field a team of all Jalens.  Two stars are Jaylen Brown and Jalen Williams.  Jalen Brunson plays point.  Jalen Duren plays center.  Who else out there?

Boston/Kyrie would like a word, lol

Jaylen Martin (WAS)

Jaylon Tyson (CLE)

Jaylen Wells (MEM)

Jaylen Clark (MIN)

Jalen Smith (CHI)

Jaylin Williams (OKC) could be a backup.

Anyone else really enjoying this Pistons team?

So much I think Giannis should target DET as a destination.

Turned into a fun 4th quarter. Don’t have a rooting interest in this one but, a game 7 could be pretty fun

"Flopper" chant for Brunson was perfect.

Love it

Detroit losing all composure

Lol Brunson whipping his head and flailing trying to bait a foul call. No dice

That was clutch. Thompson got pushed out of his zip code

Lol another player fumbles away a series

Beasley and Trent Jr can go to therapy together

Beasley is going to have nightmares about that turnover for the rest of his life. Wide open.

It was 110-105 Detroit with about 3 minutes left, Detroit had the ball and all the momentum and the Knicks were clearly tired and JBB...inexplicably calls a timeout (and I think Cade had a wide open lane at that possession) - and Detroit turned it over on their immediate possession ATO.

After that TO, the Knicks outscored the Pistons 11-3 the rest of the game.

Classic JBB.   He's a guy who can get the team to play hard but he will never, ever, ever, be an elite or championship coach.  Just baffling in-game decisions that I saw the last four years and was on display this whole series.

Schroder but yeah

Cade’s got to take that shot and not pass it up.

Dumb. Beasley is one of 4 players not named Steph to ever make 300+ threes in a season. Cade was 0-8 on threes for the game, and it would have been an off-balance, contested attempt. Malik had already made 6, and it would have been a wide open look. That was absolute the right play.
