Welp, glad I didn’t watch any of that stinker. Just dump it in the trash and play the best of three. Maybe we get Miro back in Dallas.

Look, the Western Conference, and in particular the Central Division, is just a war zone. The Jets are Cup favorites on talent, but they've been blasted by the Blues. Vegas is nose to nose with the Wild.

This was never going to be easy. Dallas has 2-1 home ice. Gotta be ready and get game 5.

that was rough. either they bounce back and take control again or that's a harbinger of things to come.

It looked depressingly like G6 in Edmonton last season -- everyone just looked exhausted.  Hope I'm wrong.

Think you are misremembering.  We looked run down games 4 and 5 of that Oil series for sure but game 6 gave everything we had left and pretty much completely dominated the last 2 periods and just couldn't score.  It was probably Skinner's career highlight game.    As for this series, I don't know if it could have been combination of being content with a split + stuck in Colorado for 4 nights and altitude getting to us or just reverting back to shitty pre-playoff play or what but we clearly never recovered after giving up that shorty while Avs simultaneously hit their stride.   I have no idea what to expect tonight but I'll be in the barn.

Miro still out for tonight.  My pre-series prediction was game 6.   Hope I'm right and we get him back Thursday regardless of what happens tonight.

Way too quiet for a game 5.  You would think we are down 3-1.   Let's grab momentum back tonight.   Heading over to AAC area now to meet some folks for a bite and beer pregame.

yeah, gonna need those A+ Stars to show up tonight. Scoring only 7 goals in 4 games doesn't feel like getting it done. Gonna need a repeat of game 2, but a notch better

I turn it on 45 seconds in and miss a goal

Hit rewind then. It will make you think of some of Jake’s WTF goals he’s allowed this season.

ha.  I missed the first goal and just rewound it.  I'm like, we are at the face off, did the refs just give us a goal or something?
