Something has happened such that the little row of icons that's usually at the bottom of my screen (notifications alerts, etc.) has slipped down and beyond my "reach" on my phone.

It just went away on its own. Can't quite remember if maybe I restarted Chrome and/or my phone, but I definitely didn't do anything more involved than that. 

It was annoying though. 

Yeah I tried fucking with every setting and nothing. Then, I opened settings in my phone, noticed that location was turned on for any site, turned that off because fuck that, and viola... It's back to normal. Wtf...
