Is about as dumb as it gets. You can call a fair catch inside the 5 yard line on a kickoff and it comes out to the 25. The fuck is this about?  Right before they get lit up by the kickoff coverage team.

I only approve of this rule if the player, instead of waving his hands to signal the fair catch, succumbs to sticking a pocket dildo in his mouth to signal the fair catch

Call it the Stoops Rule.

I hadn’t heard about the rule. I thought I saw a guy fair catch it at the one and have a touchback called. Just thought I was seeing stuff.

csb apparently theres a softball team in canada that comes down here for tournaments, they bring a strikeout helmet thats pink and has a huge dildo attached to the front. That guy has to wear the helmet batting and fielding until the next guy strikes out.

Lol back in the glory days I was one of two sophs to make varsity. On the very first play of my very first game -- against Channelview -- their coach directed that their kicker boot a pop-up kickoff to me, an up-back on the return team. There was no fair catch rule in those days, so I had to just catch that motherfucker and then get drilled immediately by three or four dudes.

The NFL will do it first, but the kickoff's days are numbered. They are just going to eliminate it.

With this new rule, kicking off is simply a waste of time. Maybe squib kick will become the norm.

Yep, but it was quite a nutcheck.

Defeats the point of even attending or watching the game, as eventually they might as well just brand this as elite flag football, sponsored by the University of _...

I'm of the belief that within the next 15 seasons of football, soccer may actually overtake the game as the most profitable sport amongst colleges; and I would rather be totally wrong on that guess...
