May 18May 18 Do they still hang navy types from the yardarm? Because that captain should be hung from the yardarm.
May 18May 18 They shouldn't have hired an aggy captain. Seriously, though, how the fuck do you not know whether you'll clear or not ahead of time?

May 18May 18 Apparently, it is a "Mexican Navy training ship" that is touring the world. One report states that its masts are 30 feet taller than the clearance under the Brooklyn Bridge. Poor planning, or they planned to sail the other direction and lost power (no way that thing is 100% sail powered). 2 are dead, 2 in critical condition, and another 20 or so were injured. https://www.cnn.com/us/live-news/brooklyn-bridge-mexican-navy-ship-05-18-25-hnk "Plans for the voyage included calling on 22 ports in 15 countries in 254 days"

May 18May 18 Apparently there were sailors standing across the length of each yardarm on the ship like ants on a jolly rancher.
