November 5Nov 5 Weird one for Tech tonight, playing a school I had to look up. We have 1 starter available. Like half the team being held out for some reason.
November 5Nov 5 I really enjoy Chendall Weaver as a player but that hairline is absolutely unacceptable man wtf
November 5Nov 5 Bethune Cookman took Auburn to overtime. Arterio Morris puts up 20/10 Quote The Tigers led 81-78 in regulation when Elyjah Freeman fouled Arterio Morris on a half-court heave just before the buzzer. Morris knocked down all three free throws to send the game into overtime.

November 6Nov 6 She’s often fun to watch but does not get the headlines bc she doesn’t play for a top 10 program Her conditioning amazes me, for obvious reasons
November 8Nov 8 There is just no way on this planet you can get me to root for Kansas basketball. Fuck every ounce of y'all
November 8Nov 8 Oh yeah? Well I’m rooting for them tonight. I’d root for the Taliban if they were playing UNC.
November 9Nov 9 Author this sparty vs piggie game has been good. coen carr is my favorite player in the country:
November 9Nov 9 Does it make me a bad fan watching this game over the UK/UF FB game? And it’s always great to hear Raf on the call. Edited November 9Nov 9 by Underdog
November 9Nov 9 Author arkansas will play every single elite 8 team from last year, becoming the first ever team to do so.

November 9Nov 9 Author and that’s why you don’t leave your feet, especially as the clock is hitting 0, on a guy who is 0-7 from the field. sparty takes a three point lead. Edited November 9Nov 9 by Derka
November 9Nov 9 Author they keep taking pull-up threes when they need to move the ball and find a catch-and-shoot. arkie will have one more chance, down three with 4 seconds left.
November 9Nov 9 Author arkansas had a bunch of chances in the final 30 seconds and settled for terrible pull-up threes each time.

Go Pokes I’ve probably told this before but it’s 98, freshman year, got a student sports pass and came back early from Thanksgiving break all “That’s what college students do, root for the home team…I shall watch a basketball contest!” Having zero clue how insanely loud old GIA was, I take a seat in the bleachers behind one of the hoops. We were playing TCU, coached by ole Billy Tubbs of OU fame…when he came out, the bleachers were vibrating with the massive volumes of boos. I think it still stands as the loudest crowd I’ve ever heard and spoiled me forever on college atmospheres. Man I miss those old, low ceilings. Edited November 10Nov 10 by Homercles

No telling how much better but we will compete and I think there’s a good chance we’ll be in the running for a tourney bid. Too many new players to know for sure at this point. 2 hours ago, Homercles said: I’ve probably told this before but it’s 98, freshman year, got a student sports pass and came back early from Thanksgiving break all “That’s what college students do, root for the home team…I shall watch a basketball contest!” Having zero clue how insanely loud old GIA was, I take a seat in the bleachers behind one of the hoops. I saw one game before the renovation, I was in high school and didn’t have any real college loyalties. My friend’s dad had tickets and invited me to a game. I enrolled in 2000, the first season with the raised roof. It was packed and rocking most games. Loudest I ever heard was when we beat Missouri in the first game after the plane crash. November 11Nov 11 Author louisville is a 6.5 (!!!) point favorite over kentucky tonight at 7 on espn. that oughta be a good one.
November 12Nov 12 Author lowe has been awesome down the stretch for uk, constantly getting downhill and drawing fouls, getting them back into this game.
November 12Nov 12 First college game I've watched this season- Tech @ Illinois on FS1. Whoever thought the cash register bullshit on a made free throw was a good idea should be hauled out and drug behind a wagon. Gotdam, that shit's dumber than the glowing puck the NHL tried years ago. It's not a fucking gameshow.
