Anyone want to chime in on why they think this squad is regressing?

Same as last year. This team is thin and bitten by the injury bug. Would be a problem for any team.

I don't think Richarlison is good enough as the 9. He doesn't hold up play well when we try to play direct. He doesn't make any creative runs in behind when Simons is bringing the ball up. He's not a great header of the ball when we get width and cross. Our attack stagnates in the final third because there's no final link.

You guys need to keep up this talk bad mouthing the team and players.

RICHIE!!!!

I knew I should've talked shit about the defense too

Bad coaching after up 2-1.

Tommy should have instructed us to control the ball.

instead we kept trying to boom it to the left corner and play d

I kept saying that to myself. Playing v 10 why aren't we maintaining possession

Heard on a podcast this morning that Kolo Muani fractured his jaw... Will be out 6-8 weeks.

Read this today..

"Richarlison is the first player in Premier League history to be booked twice for taking his shirt off after scoring a goal, only for his team to concede after."

Yeaḩ it was in the EPL thread, because despite leading the league Arsenal fans let Spurs live in their heads rent fucking free. (also true when they don't lead the league).

Welp, the international break is over. I think I heard that Sarr might have a small injury that held him out of a game, but it isn't thought to be seriously.

Now, a trip to the Emirates Sunday. LFG!

Should have signed them when they had the chance.

I'm not seeing it today for the good guys. That goal may do it.

The biggest problem is that Arsenal's defense is too good, Spurs offense is too weak and they basically can sit back now.

Just landed off a. 15 hour flight. Did I miss anything? Are we winning? [emoji23]

I have to wonder if the failure to make this deal happen was the straw the broke the camel's back for Levy? He hemmed and hawed the deal so much that it let Arsenal swoop in and dump their money on the table to steal him.

Granted the moves to push out Levy were already in the works before this, but clearly this was a glaring one in Levy's last transfer window.

That one and the Gibbs white.

they say eze was never gonna come, but money talks. If we paid the extra 5 million and gave like 200k+ a week. I’m sure he says yes.

Levy incorrectly believed Crystal Palace's rationale for delaying the deal.  CP wanted to have him available for a Europa Conference match, and Levy agreed to it.  It allowed the Gooners to come in and hijack the deal.  Very stupid of Levy.  You have to be ruthless in getting these deals done, and Daniel didn't show any ruthlessness in any of the transfer periods unless we were the ones selling.

Kudus. Simons.  Williams

Lame

Nevermind

It was prolly going in any way. Lol
