In order to manage risk, we must first understand risk. How do you spot risk? How do you avoid risk, and what makes it so risky?

A bird ran into my giant freak head.

accuracy. must be accurate.

Just realized we got to see one of Kramer's friends, Corky Ramirez, in the bar in the Van Buren boys episode.  I don't think we ever see any of the others.

Boy, you sure do have a lot of friends, how come I never see any of these people?

We always spelled it "galonk" and used it as a beer pong term in college.

I see here that you play the harp.  tell me, why do they have to tilt it?  can't they just build it on an angle?  save you a lot of trouble.

how would you like it if I just pulled your heart out of your chest right now and shoved it down your throat?

Elaine, often times in life there are problems, and just as often.. there *are* solutions.

But this is an office...

I'd say it's "glonk."

Yes. Yes he did.

I believe that I am about to become the target of a systematic process of intimidation...

Name tags! Name tags! What kind of an idiot thinks anybody would be interested in an idea like that.

You broke my blender didn't you?

Well I was trying to make gravel and it...it didn't work out.

I've noticed on Hulu they have some minor deleted scenes or lines that weren't in the original broadcasts.

like as an option to view separately?  or are they just putting them into the episodes?

situation number four.  you’re breathing on your own, you’re conscious, but with no muscular function.

They just throw them in the episode.  For instance, when Newman is explaining to Kramer how it can go down when the mail guys grab him, there's an extra Newman line.

were they in the original broadcasts?  i know they cut a few seconds here and there in syndication to add a commercial or 2.

Well I suppose I don't know that one.  I've seen them so many times in syndication that I don't know the original broadcast version.

ha.  same.  recently went back and watched some of the dvd's and noticed a few lines i'd forgotten.  sometimes you can catch quick cuts on tbs too.

I also never really realized that the Festivus episode isn't called "Festivus" it's "The Strike"
