Dang, we think we have trouble when the Horns lose?   This kid took losing worse than any of us ever will....at least I hope.  I will say he was a tough little sob.

Russian police are investigating claims a boy beheaded himself with a chainsaw after losing at a computer game.

According to reports Pavel Mateev, 15, went into his yard Monday morning before he “switched on a chainsaw and sawed off his own head.”

Russian media cited local sources saying that he was addicted to a computer game that his single mother had bought for him.

Too bad that kid in Jacksonville didn't come to the same conclusion.

That'll be more than a few people on this board if we lose to Tulsa Saturday.

On the old rotten.com website, were pics of a dude in South Africa who jumped the butcher counter at a supermarket and committed suicide by cutting himself in half with a band saw.  Some people are just really committed to the task.

And here I live in a home that between alcohol, prescriptions, firearms and a gas oven there are no less than 6 easier ways to kill yourself.

God bless America!

Losing your gear in Tarkov is no joke. I've definitely felt like chainsawing my own head off.

that pencil neck could have cut his head off with one of those electric turkey carving knives

So when does he start riding the horse on Halloween?

Pretty sure that pic prong horn posted was a joke. If not, it’s a beautiful coincidence.

No it's not a joke.  it's the kid from the article in the link.  The link to the Blue Whale article makes it a little more interesting though.

Russia has seen several so-called ‘death groups’ allegedly incite children and teenagers to take their own lives whilst playing online games.

It is unclear whether the alleged suicide of Pavel has any links to this phenomenon.

Some of the groups feature a game called Blue Whale in which victims are ‘brainwashed’ by sick online mentors to complete 50 steps involving exhaustion and self-harm, ending in suicide.

Was he playing Tetris, because I've been there.

While his judgement may be suspect, he can be praised as being supremely goal oriented so for that I applaud him.
