I was hoping YOU would block people with aol emails from registering, but I guess I'll have to show Grandma how to use Hotmail now.

csb/ was sitting in a committee meeting once and this millennial was collecting our email addresses to send out a schedule of upcoming meetings for our non-profit.  She gets to Marc.  He says xxxxxxxxxx@aol.com      She condescendingly says, "who still has an aol.com address?"  He very politely replies, "I do, I co-founded the company."  /csb

What's the dialup baud required?  I'm on 440 and it's not too bad, a little slow though when Tom Herman fucks up a game.

So I guess SHOOTER12@excite.com isn't good anymore?

excite.com emails still work.  It's Lycos that shut down the email, IIRC.  Those were the days.  Still remember using those sites and altavista in PCL in the mid 90's to try and shortcut having to haul my ass upstairs to the stacks to do real research.

That's amazing.  I remember the first time MrsShooter saw "Excite.com" she immediately thought I was cruising for pron.  Nope, not computer literate...thinks puters and intertrons are the debil.

That's what happens when you try to backtrace through a firewall.

Why does Radio Shack ask for your address when you buy batteries?

Is Radio Shack still a thing these days?

Not around me, and sad.

I used to love going there as a kid and buying a circuit board and making a project.

The same reason CVS gives me a six foot receipt for just toothpaste.

And I'll give up my hotmail email when you pry it from my cold, dead hands.

There is one in my small town True Value. Just bought a set of tiny screwdrivers there a few days ago.

Did you really just ask yourself a question? I am guessing greg was correct.

What's that address? I'd like to help him reset his passwords.

Anybody seen that dancing baby? Prolly not, need a Pentium to make it work. Slackers.

Did Surly ever fix its hate of the @texas.edu accounts?  When I registered I couldn’t use that address.
