It's fun watching the games with other Mariners fans in Seattle.  Going to see Paxton on Sunday!

You got to see another gem from Paxton.

That was nice. Really short game too. Right are two hours. Wish it had been a little longer, but .5 game back!

Nice win today. 6-3 on the home stand. Can’t argue with that. Heading to Anaheim on Tuesday. Let’s keep it going.

No more Felix Day for at least a little while.

Quote

Mariners right-hander Felix Hernandez was placed on the 10-day disabled list on Tuesday with lower back stiffness. Seattle recalled infielder Gordon Beckham and right-hander Nick Rumbelow from Triple-A Tacoma and optioned outfielder John Andreoli to Tacoma.

The 32-year-old Hernandez has gone 8-7 with a 5.13 ERA in 19 starts.

Jesus fuck, y’all really killed him this time!

What?  Who?

Ah hell.  Let's give him a stint on the 10 day, just to make sure he's good.  Can't have this shit start happening now.

Fuck yeah!  It's been a great season so far.  Let's keep this shit going.  Stay healthy, be consistent, and kick some ass.

We neglected to discuss Servais getting an extension.

Servais pissed me off a bit last year, but losing has a way of magnifying decisions.  As the article notes, having the staff around him seems to have helped him learn on the job.

Did better today. The first baseman we are talking about benching (I presume) so Dee can stay at second had six RBIs.

I listened to the game while doing other things.  Healy is streaky, but the good side of the streak is fun. Sounded like Marco was dealing, but of course this is the White Sox we're talking about.
