Fuck me being a Dallas sports fan is fucking obscene.

Luka and Parsons in 7 months? Fuck.

I can’t wait to see Jerry trade one of those number 1 picks for a 4th string punter and the rights to wentz

lol!!!!!!!  Jerrah got totally ass fucked on this deal.  2 picks in the 20s and a good but not special IDL.  Hahahaha… for the best defensive player they’ve had since Ware. What a fucking failure the Jones’ family is….

The packers are a Jordan Love injury from picking in the top 15

Two first rounders?? Holy shit, that's awesome, you just know this GM will parlay those into a couple of future Hall of Famers!!

I'm so glad I stopped caring about the Cowboys over a decade ago.  What pain and frustration I have freed myself from.

This. I pay only half way pay attention for the retarded reality show that it is.   I can't fathom how anyone remains an actual 'fan' of a Jerry Jones owned and managed franchise.    Hope we get several Parsons sacks on Dak just to see the camera pan over to Jerry in his Suite.

I'd feel better about the deal of they threw in Mazi Smith.

Hello 3-14

Stop that. If Dak plays they’re still too good for that.  They’ll continue to middle around about 7-10 wins no matter what.

unless Dak goes down next week and they stick with Joe Milton the entire year.

they shouldn’t have won as much as they did last year with the injuries

Mike McCarthy ain’t walking through that door.  I mean he wouldn’t fit but you know what I’m saying

Fair. But the Cowboys don’t know how to tank.

And say what you want about dak in the playoffs or whatever, but when he plays they’re majority of the year they win 10 game or more. The offense will be good.

the defense trash.  I expect a lot of 35-32 games.

Two 1st round picks and 29 year old DT Kenny Clark ?????

I do not believe that this is good value for the Cowboys of Dallas.

It isn't. There better be way more, or this better be bullshit, one or the other.

It’s going to be seen as one of the worst trades in NFL history.  2 picks in the back third of the draft and an almost 30 year old NT.  Hahaha.  Poetic I guess.  Jerry should just go out now.  He gaveth (Walker trade but really Jimmy) and now he’s taken away.  It’ll take folks a few months to understand how bad this trade is.  It’s historically terrible.

They could have signed either of the 2 qbs the Bills cut.  Either is better than Milton.

Grier is better than Milton (higher floor, lower

ceiling. Milton is at his own floor right now)

Abandon hope. The ceiling is 5

I wouldn’t have traded him (especially to GB) but two ones isn’t that bad.

Khalil Mack was traded for two ones and a third.

Good thing Dak doesn’t have an injury history…

ETA: Dallas picks up 5 draft spots if they had played Trey Lance last season, but Jerry and Mike way too proud. Then Jerry fires Mike.

lol

5-12 indeed.

You just know he thinks he just made this generation's Herschel Walker trade.

Which might make sense if they were in (and would commit to) a full blown rebuild, but instead they way overpaid both Dak and CeeDee because they were too stupid to get those deals done earlier.   The likely late first rounders they will net from this trade will certainly help them to continue to achieve mediocrity though.  Great work Jerry!

I would wish for Jerrah to DIAFF, but his offspring will still be in charge. Not actual football people. So, we are just fucking doomed for at least the rest of my lifetime.

Just embrace it for the comedy that it is.

Will Dak be injured before, during or after the Packers matchup?

He'll be injured on a sack by Parsons.

Two #1s and addresses a major DT issue immediately without having to break the bank on a guy that seems to disappear in the playoffs.  Interdasting...

Meh, seems fine to me, all things considered. LOL at any comparison to Luka. That was by far the worst trade in sports history, and in contention for the worst business deal of all time in any industry.

Edited by 'stache

He didn't have to play in a game until week 11 and I expect that he wasn't going to.  Trading him was their best option.  The deal itself is another story.

Wait....they are going to tank and get Manning!!!  Genius move by Jerry!

NBA forced that trade though.

NFL didn’t force this. Jerry is just a stupid fuck

When is the press conference so we can see Jerry pat himself on the back?

Packers are decent, though. It's not like they're going to be top 10 picks.

Shitty teams aren't going to trade for him though.

Dale Hansen to Jimmy Johnson, "Of the other 31 NFL teams who would hire Jerry to be their GM?"

Look, what he got for Micah was insufficient. Another Dallas GM got fleeced. But…I have always had questions about Micah. He fades during the season often. He’s weird. He’s a tweener. And yes at times Micah made an incredible impact. For that type of money, I want someone who’s more consistent. And, the Cowboys are a mess overall. It’s not like they are headed to the playoffs. This is a very average team.  This franchise is going nowhere.

Who would hire Brian S as their hc?

Except for the fact that a competent GM would have either got an extension done or a trade done before the draft or at least well before the season is about to start now with a gun to his head.  There isn't any way to put lipstick on the pig of the constant and perpetual front office incompetence.   They couldn't have fucked up Dak/CeeDee/Micah contract negotiations more if they tried.
